They work without responsibility. They sent me a registered letter in Kazakhstan with very important documents on July 24. On August 9th, I went to find out about the letter myself. They hardly found my letter, which contains my address and phone number. We checked on the Internet the letter came to Kamina 58 on August 2, but no one informed me.
