Out of 3 windows, more than 1 rarely works, even when 2 operators are sitting, one is busy with internal issues and does not serve customers, an endless queue is an integral part of the department. Most operators would do well to learn how to communicate correctly with customers. At least the office equipment has been updated, the inconveniences with equipment malfunctions have decreased.
