Terrible service. There is 1 queue for receiving and sending a parcel, the second operator, 1 person sends the parcel, the queue stands for half an hour. Why did they make a parcel supermarket? To stand in line while someone else sends a package? My mother felt sick while waiting in line. It's terrible.
