I kind of need it)) but your schedule from 9 to 18 and on Saturday / Sunday off gives few people a chance to catch up and pick up the parcel. Therefore, people pay for delivery - but you are so arrogant that you change the status of parcel delivery to a convenient one for you. The call center responds we don't have enough couriers. Where should I write a complaint about you?!
