A very necessary institution for milking the city. But, there are many nuances. They work from 9.00 to 18.00, lunch from 13.00 to 14.00, Saturday and Sunday are closed. Parcels are issued only upon a personal visit with the presentation of a personal identity. Some departments have very rude and lazy employees. And with such a work schedule, what about those people who work at a high-security enterprise? When should they pick up their parcels? Is Kazpost a state-owned enterprise? So what? There are government agencies that work on a shift schedule and provide their services to people around the clock. Kazpost does not have to work for days, well, at least until 7 p.m., and with a "floating" lunch.
