The queue is large, there is only one cash register for everyone. Very slowly, to pick up one parcel, wait + 8 queues. It's fine if all the ticket offices are open, but there's only one cash register and all the people are there. You can also work quickly , put employees on all cash desks . And not to stand there forever and wait for the sake of the 1st parcel. It is very dark there , there are few places , this is the only post office that works in the village . It is possible to make the conditions normal for the 21st century .

I was not satisfied with the work of Kazpost. There are a lot of people, only one box office works.
The internet is a lot of time. Programs do not open quickly.
