Queuing constantly , the coupon issuing machine is either tripping or not working , they serve a teaspoon per hour , the post office is probably the place where you don 't really want to go , but when you have to be ready to sit for at least 2 hours , even if there won 't be many people , the women who are at the checkout or as it is correctly called will walk back and forth , plus, there are a lot of these windows , but there are always two people and they are constantly dissatisfied with something . Each visit spoils the mood , the quality of service is disgusting , only the receipt of parcels is pleasing .

The service at Kazpost is terrible, I haven't been there for several years, but nothing changes. Very "polite" girls are sitting and they serve very "quickly"! We came to change the currency, the rate was 4.8 on the site, while I was undergoing surgery, the rate managed to change twice. Today the same situation is on the site, one course is on the scoreboard is completely different, it was conducted at a completely different rate. It seems that we live in the 21st century, but it feels like I got into the Soviet department…
