Today, on 03/28/2024, at 17.50, I went to this department again to send important letters. Before that, I found out specifically how long the post office is open. Filling envelopes for recipients at the checkout, the Ardak administrator began to rush and distract me!!! At the same time, without coming up to me, she was loudly indignant at the whole department, shouting from around the corner!!! I told her in the same tone not to distract me and not to delay me as my letters are urgent and very important!!! To which she replied that they had to go home and that I would not be in time and that they would close at exactly 18.00. Although the time was 17.55. At the same time, before that, she was talking to someone on the phone and said that she would wait until 18.30!!! I agree that the work is until 18.00, but then do not lie that they are in a hurry!!! After sending the letters, I decided to talk to the administrator, but she slammed the door in front of me, thereby forcing me to swear with an obscene word!!! I have not seen such rudeness and redneckness for a long time!!! I ask you to take action against the Ardak administrator!!! If I made mistakes in my letters, then I will have to file a lawsuit for moral outrage!!!
