When poisoned, the parcel weighed 8 kg 800g, upon receipt it began to weigh 7 kg 200 grams. Where did 1 kg 600 g go? At the same time, the package is in damaged condition. The head of the Kazpost department, Terenkol, could not comment on the incident. Employees of Kazpost Terenkol reacted as if it were the norm that parcels "lose weight along the way." Moreover, this is not the first case... I would also like to clarify whether the post office should notify that the recipient is expecting a parcel, and not use random acquaintances, like, give the parcel there for almost a month waiting for you! In general, the department of Kazpost Terenkol works even like in the Stone Age! Someone put things in order there!
