Не могу понять почему они стали до 18:00, раньше работал до 22:00, но по каким-то правилам поменялось время и все, но мне то без разницы я могу в любое время прийти 😁
Хорошее обслуживание, внимательный персонал, но бывает, что его недостаточно и тогда приходиться ждать. .. жаль, что работают до 18.00. в зале где посылки - тесно, между рядами 2 взрослым трудно разойтись
Очень всё медленно делают. Закрываются раньше указанных 18:00. В окошках на кассе есть очень сложная сотрудница: ни объяснить толком не может и обслуживает очень медленно. Отдел выдачи посылок более менее нормально работает.
На кассе операторы не всегда берут деньги у начальника на смену, начальник отделения не контролирует наличие денег на кассе. Также в субботу операции с выдачей денег могут не обслуживать, говорят якобы в субботу не обслуживается, но когда начинаешь говорить, что этого не может быть перенаправляют в другую кассу и выдают деньги. Операторы ведут себя не профессионально
