09/14/2023 I sent 3 parcels to different countries. The operator entered the phone numbers incorrectly in the 2nd window. To my remark that she made a mistake and asked to fix it, the answer was that she did everything right, the program mixed up the numbers and nothing could be done. Moreover, she checked all the data with me, the phone numbers were indicated on the parcels, it was just necessary to write them off. One number is filled in correctly, and something went wrong with the other two employees - the number of digits matches, but they are entered randomly, as desired.
I asked several times to correct it, showed the numbers on the parcel and in the printed form, and in response I heard a boorish "I entered everything correctly, you don't understand that."
I do not wish anything good for such a disregard for the work that feeds these indifferent employees and for customers who wait an hour for their turn.
Terrible service, only one window works at a snail's pace, I sat in line for 30 minutes and during that time they still served one customer, and there were at least 10 in front of me, even more after me. I did not wait and went to another department, because according to my calculations, even before the end of the working day I would not have had time to be served. It's a nightmare, like I got into the last century, no electronic queue, no quality control of service.
