The most lame service!
Today, on April 13, when paying the Alfa Bank account, I was not told a word that the payment would be made from 3 to 5 working days!!! I asked to make a refund, but they refused to cut me off in raised tones!!! I explain to them that I will have a huge penalty, but they DON't GIVE a SHIT AT ALL!!!!!

I do not willingly go to this RUS, the fact is that I go there all the time to the department where parcels are delivered and the staff working in this department is always sleepy and reluctant to work with clients, one is sitting in a hundred, the other paints her nails, the third once she is in some incomprehensible matters unrelated to the client's affairs, adequate there are a couple of workers there and that's it, and they seem to be raking out the entire department for everyone.
One day I came to receive a parcel, waited my turn because only 3-5 people were allowed in due to the macaronavirus, I say that I need to pick up the parcel, called the address and I stand waiting, the girl sitting in the leftmost window disappeared for 10 minutes, okay, I patiently waited and heard that my parcel was not there, I say that I I received an SMS from your employees from the address Lenin Street 52. to which they replied: "Well, I didn't send you this SMS" and the girl from this window began to accept the next client and began to ignore me for my questions, I stood, thought and judged logically, if my parcel had not arrived at the post office, they would not have sent an SMS, I went to another window that is in the middle, the girl asked me for the address again, U.L. and ran away. Less than three minutes later, she came running and handed me my parcel, I looked in surprise at the girl who served me first, she saw the whole story and silently sits playing in a hundred.
The question immediately arises why this useless person (who sits in the leftmost window) is sitting in this post office at all, it's because of such workers that I reluctantly go to this RUS building. So gentlemen, read the good ones, think and take urgent action. One star is cool.

I specifically noted how much time it takes for one client, about 45 minutes for the delivery of parcels, and all because there is a mountain of different parcels lying around and the staff is rummaging through this mountain in search of one parcel for the client. She will find it, but this mountain needs to be reviewed and found the right one. Comrades ... on the 21st century street, is it really impossible to put this mountain on shelves and addresses and then everything will be faster. It's just some kind of Hack, you look at it and wonder, they worked like that back in 1970 and it continues to this day))) I don't understand that no one cares?
