On the 3rd day I can't pick up the parcel, on Thu 15.00 I went closed, on Fri at 12 I went closed, on Mon 9.30 I went closed. There is no work schedule, when does this mail work at all?!

The staff of the department is very polite, they serve quickly enough. There is almost no queue. However, the service is still insufficient - the assortment of boxes for postal items is small, there is no filler. It's easier to go to the power plant than to send it from here.
