Positive: This is the post office and it worked. Cons: I wanted to exchange money, but it was not there. They started shouting at me that the boss was on vacation and that I should not even think about such nonsense and leave as soon as possible.

Of the 6 cash desks, 3 cash desks are open. There were 15-20 people in the hall waiting in line for 1 hour and 23 minutes to send a letter. The working employees, all young, are in no hurry, they talk on the cell phone during working hours. they respond to customer requests from the second or third request.
