The Post office has turned into a micro-credit financial organization. At the same time, they began to perform their main function - the delivery of mail and correspondence even worse. In order for a letter or parcel to be delivered to your home, you have to go through the boss's office. The employees of this post office are very unfriendly. They are rude to you all the time and talk to you through their teeth. Even in the place where the direct delivery and dispatch of parcels was made - the Parcel Supermarket, the staff of the department manage to provide financial services to the detriment of those visitors who came to receive or send their parcel. At the same time, when you ask them why they provide financial services in the Parcel Supermarket, when there is a queue waiting for their correspondence, the employee rudely answers you: "I want bonuses too."
And I personally want my mail delivered to my house, for which, by the way, I paid for the Kazpost itself, but, as you can see, no one cares much about it.
The service is terrible. I stood for an hour to pick up the parcel. Employees go back and forth in droves, but there is no sense. However, as in many state institutions.
