First of all, I would like to mention the improvement of the service. Branches have become more modern, electronic terminals have appeared, and the number of service windows has increased. The staff has become more polite, informs customers better and tries to help in non-standard situations. It has become especially convenient to receive and send parcels. Tracking works accurately, and SMS notifications arrive on time.
However, there are also shortcomings that do not allow us to give the highest rating. Sometimes you have to wait in line longer than you would like, especially during rush hours. Some remote branches lack staff or equipment. Also, the mobile application needs to be improved, it does not always work stably, and the interface is a little outdated.
Nevertheless, Kazpost remains a reliable and necessary organization.
