There are no advantages, the organization is terrible, I sent parcels through them, I couldn't accept them myself, I call on the phone and ask the courier to take it to the specified address (on the parcel) and give it to the person at the address, they asked for a notarized power of attorney, it's just nonsense, they don't want to go to a meeting and help people, everything is done without giving a damn and to harm people. I would like to ask the staff a question, if you are so annoyed by your place of work and you don't like it so much, why do you work there? Get away from there and don't ruin other people's lives! Disgusting courier service!

My wife and I were sending a package to the USA. We really liked the service - they told us everything, showed us, explained, helped us fill out the address, picked up a suitable box. Well done quickly, clearly!!!

Very, very bad. We intercepted a package from the Subject that was supposed to arrive at Jana Post, and of course it was not delivered.... how can this be, I can't receive a package for a week, no one is responsible for anything, everyone is nodding at each other, it's very bad.
I need to ask the Subject so that they don't receive orders through the mail, I had Jean's post, why it got to the mail is unclear. Melancholy in one word. The service is not operational....
