And the staff in general "killed me to the ground."It feels like this is their personal office, they behave disgustingly with customers.My wife ordered a product from an online store, I came to get it. The woman asked for an ID card while she was looking for my order, my wife's ID card remained in her magazine. The parcel was not found, but the most interesting thing is that she did not immediately return my ID card. After a while, I asked for my wife's ID card to be returned to me. Her answer was original.I gave it to you, look for yourself.(Before asking for my wife's ID card back, I made a thorough search in my clothes (shmon). Not finding it, and only after that I went to the counter.).There were a number of verbal remarks from both sides and only after that she found her wife's ID card. Thank her for at least bothering to apologize. I understand that their salary is small, the contingent comes in different, from teenagers to pensioners.
