The most annoying thing is that, as an existing client, I am offered this tariff 5,000 tenge more expensive than new clients. That is, new ones are cheaper, permanent ones are more expensive. This attitude can hardly be called loyal.
Despite all the explanations, the calls continue, and the tariff is persistently imposed. Such service only pushes for a change of operator.
