It was possible to establish that:

2. They turned it off the next morning.
3. Technical support claims that it cannot solve the issue at its level and sends it back to the subscriber department.
4. The subscriber department is in no hurry to respond in WhatsApp, and is just stalling. The question is ignored.
5. Technical support offered to cancel the contract. We are not talking about expanding the capacity at home. As I understand it, the problem is massive.
