We hadn't called 160 yet that day, we thought there was a temporary shutdown. The next day, on the 12th, I send a detailed description of the situation to Watcap -160, indicating my full name, phone number, and residential address.
And then the dialogue begins: choose the language of communication, an individual or a legal entity, on which issue the appeal is. And the strangest thing is the last question: specify the address, phone number and personal account number. Of course, I didn't remember the personal account number from memory. While I was trying to find out, the robot sent a message: try to contact me later.
In the evening, I had to contact Wattsap-160 again. The same questions again, and eventually the girl got in touch. After a few tips: restart the modem, check the contacts, etc., I realized that our problem would not be solved this way. I did all these things first.

On the evening of December 15, the master appeared and talked for a long time with Almata. And he wrote me a piece of paper: that I need to report to Kazakhtelecom in the subscriber department for re-registration from the login to DNCR.

Ужасный сервис. Мы платим по какому-то договору по 6500тг каждый месяц. Обещали хороший интернет. Прошло почти 3 года а интернет каждый месяц 19 числа перестает работать. Ничего не грузит. Звонила на 160 они направляют на 165. А 165 каждый месяц говорит одно и то же то что мы потратили весь трафик 200 гб. Хотя нас целый день дома нет мы с 7.00 до 22.00 на работе с мамой. Я проверяла ни кто на наш вай-фай не подключается. Каждый месяц 1 по 10 число и 19 по 30-31 число вай-фай не работает получается мы с мамой за 9 дней тратим 200 гб. Что за чужь. А для того чтоб отключить вай фай мне надо заплатить 53000 тг за не устойку. Короче говоря ужасный сервис и обслуживание и интернета. Вызывешь настройщиков они пихают свой ролтер за 7500 тг. Говорят что наш сломался и надо купить новый у них. Начальство казахтелеком куда вы смотрите?! У вас работают самые ужасные операторы в мире. Как оплату платить они звонят а как к ним звонишь с проблемой трубку кроме бота не кто не поднимает. Я звоню с мобильного на городской телефон и звонила сегодня с 13.00 до 17.00 и мне только ответили я потратила 2500 единиц на звонок и мне ещё нагрубили. Разберитесь с операторами. Я звоню в Караганду с п.Молодежный. А наш оператор Казахтелеком говорит что она не занимается подключением и отключением она занимается только финансовыми делами. Ужас просто позор какой то
