We visited this restaurant in the afternoon. The service was reasonable and the quality of the food was good at a reasonable price for its location. I personally think that this place could be so much better than it is. It has the potential to be a top class restaurant in a prime location.I would highly recommend looking at and extending its menu choices and possibly changing the atmosphere of the place. Please note this is not a criticism at all .I just feel that the place could be so much more. Would certainly return for lunch 🙂

On September 20, 2024, we arrived in Brest in the evening after a tour of the palaces. I decided to walk around the center and saw an unusual Kaz restaurant with national cuisine. Of course, there were no seats on Friday evening, but the bartender kindly offered a place at the bar. And I didn't regret it for a second. Unfortunately, I did not remember the name, but the bartender told me everything in detail and what he offered turned out to be incredibly delicious - both a crambambula, and a salad with meat, and of course, pancakes with machanka. To top it all off, there is also live music, an excellent selection of songs and a luxurious soloist. In general, the evening of national cuisine was a success. Thank you so much for your attention and goodies!!!

On New Year's Eve, a birthday was celebrated in this institution! Everything is very wonderful!!!!! The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is wonderful, and the dishes are simply a masterpiece!!!! The national Belarusian cuisine, the dishes prepared with love, reminded me of childhood, just like my grandmother's from the Russian oven in the village!!!!!! The whole family and guests were left with wonderful impressions and a lot of positive emotions!!!!! We recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good rest and eat delicious food! No stars, sound engineer........ We need to work on the repertoire.....

I started going to KAZA for lunches and from the first time, I stayed with them forever. The choice is diverse, the staff is polite, the service is on the level and the tastiest borscht With spices, seasonings is just a bomb.
There was a situation when over-salted meatballs were brought, I asked the waiter if it was necessary. They apologized to me and removed this name from the receipt. The atmosphere is very cozy, there is a lot of space and everything is conducive to a homely atmosphere. Thank you so much for rejoicing the residents of Brest.

We were in Brest for only one day. On the recommendation of the guide, we had dinner at this restaurant. Starting from the wardrobe, we felt a friendly, warm and informal attitude towards the guests. I really liked everything we ordered. Both dishes of Belarusian cuisine and others. The interior is also very pleasant and original. Attentive waiters. And I would especially like to thank the team for the fact that the glasses I forgot on the table were very promptly sent back to Russia. An atmospheric place, the interior is interesting and well-designed. The place attracts attention and is really cozy. At the entrance, there is immediately a strong unpleasant smell of the kitchen. The staff must be extracted, attention is not pampered, poor training. Many of my positions were missing and we found out about it after accepting the order. The kitchen is tasteless from the word at all. The beer was questionable. The Belarusian cuisine was cooked terribly. The pancakes had a burnt crust, but they were raw inside. There is little filling in dumplings, they are damp, they taste very similar to store-bought ones

The restaurant opened relatively recently, at the end of December 2022. Its chef Stanislav Kamenskikh specializes in national cuisine with an emphasis on modernity. Vereshchaka of smoked ribs, bacon and kupat with pancakes. It's a very high-calorie dish with a national flavor. It is served in a portioned hot saucepan. Vereshchaka consists of two ribs with a delicate smoked note, which saturates the whole dish with a subtle spice in the taste. Do you like potatoes? And the draniki? In KAZA, they are served hot and fried until golden brown. They are not neatly shaped, crispy on the outside and tender, with a uniform texture on the inside, paired with a small portion of sour cream and garnished with sweet and sour chili sauce with yellow mustard.

On July 17, 2024, we were in Brest, decided to visit a place with national cuisine, Yandex navigator suggested the restaurant Kaza. A colorful and pleasant place, polite staff. The menu is quite diverse, we ordered pancakes with a sponge, a cold brew on kefir, baked ribs with a side dish and a plate with pickles. The Kaza restaurant pleasantly surprised with its atmospheric interior and high level of service. All the staff really cares about their guests, which creates a sense of home comfort. The dishes were prepared with a soul — I especially liked the meat delicacies and original desserts. Each dish surprised with its taste and presentation. I will definitely come back here again! Last time, the waitress told us what was best to order and how it would look on the plate and suggested what to take to the child. We were 4 adults and an 8-year-old girl. The empty dishes were cleaned as soon as they appeared, and we ordered something new and a little alcohol for the mood, the girls were advised white mulled wine. everything was delicious, beautiful and fast. They left a tip , but today they didn't leave a ruble. We come to your city all the time, several times a year, and I always tell everyone about your cozy establishment and advised them, and today I brought friends. There is no desire to visit your institution anymore. Sorry, but a holy place is never empty, teach the staff how to work. Answering calls when guests are trying to book a table , and when we arrive at the hall , we are told that you could not be answered like that and the administrator needs to be trained on how to get out of these situations beautifully .

But our second one is like you've been to different places, the service is disgusting, the waiter doesn't remember your order at all, he's trying to take the plates and glasses away from you ahead of time. Another big disadvantage is the low number of fish dishes. On the first visit, the order included grilled vegetables - everything was great, but on the second order of the same dish, the corn was served on the cob. The only advantage of this establishment is the interior design. Everything else is a complete failure.:
1. Croutons with cheese and pork ears - a good portion of deep-fried croutons and a few slices of pork ears. In general, it would be fine if the hair was not found.
2. Draniki with machanka - machanka looked like a creamy sauce with 4 pieces of meat. The dish arrived so late that the sauce had already boiled and cooled.
3. Dumplings are the only dish to which there were no questions.
4. Beef patty with potatoes in a uniform (judging by the menu) - for 37 rubles you will get a tasteless brew, absolutely bland and instead of potatoes in a uniform, ordinary deep-fried fries.
5. Baked apple with ice cream is delicious.
6. Kaz's beer set is missing as a class.
7. Beer and tinctures are normal.
In general, it seemed that the cafe was designed for tourists with not the biggest requests. But for this money, you can eat much more and tastier in other establishments. The waitress forgot to punch one beer, by the way, which she did not notice and argued that they would bring it now.
I strongly do not recommend this place.

A refrigerator with fried potatoes is the only item on 5, kefir is interestingly diluted to a pleasant thinness in the soup, very tasty.
The pancakes were served slightly warm, I asked to warm them up, they were brought warmer, but they were still raw.
Although the dough is finely grated and delicious, if fried humanly, it could be a masterpiece!
It's good only with fried potatoes, the same ones are served with a refrigerator.
It's not worth the money.

We visited this institution after reading positive reviews. We came on a weekday, the floor of the hall was empty, but we found a table, the waiters could not agree among themselves which table we could take. In short, I did not like the service, the girl went back and forth without removing the dirty dishes, the bartender poured drinks. We were sitting near the entrance to the kitchen, everyone went there in street clothes (apparently their own), French fries and croutons were not edible. Half of the dishes are not on the menu! The toilet is dirty, which is scary to go in! And this place positions itself as a RESTAURANT!!!! The first and last time we were there!!!

In my opinion, the most delicious pancakes are only from the pan when there is a crust, but they are soft and salty. The chanterelles were rubbery and also salty. Pumpkin salad is only beautiful. It turns out that there are only a couple of slices of pumpkin and pear, and the base is a basin of arugula, and the pumpkin was fodder, the pear is not tasty. The only thing that was delicious was the tea. Here 's a star for them and a star for the service . The interior is interesting, but for an amateur it is gloomy, it causes a feeling of constriction and discomfort.
