Wonderful boutique hotel🤍 Very beautiful rooms, everything is done with love, order is maintained and a sense of calm and tranquility throughout the territory.
We stayed with our spouse for a couple of days of our honeymoon, chose a suite of 80 sq m with a garden. The room is amazing! Spacious, with 2 full bathrooms. And what a kindergarten! With a dining area, sun beds and a pleasant through (through the villas) sea view. And what a breakfast was served to us this morning in honor of our holiday! Let's capture this moment in the piggy bank of our memory for many years to come🤍
We will be happy to recommend this hotel to our loved ones!

I liked everything! The food is good, the buffet is delicious! The entertainment is great, the beach is good, the area is very beautiful, they speak Russian (but not all). Only the repair is limping, the door is a little swollen , it can be seen that it was heated

The worst hotel out of more than 100 we've lived in! The maximum for it is 3 stars.
➖ All the food was sooooooo greasy! 😭 All the meat and stuff literally floated in a bowl full of fatty fat, even the rice was covered in oil, it was impossible to eat, we still have a stomach ache 🙈
➖The vegetables (sliced) were dried out, as they are all kept outdoors, and not in closed metal dishes, as usual in hotels (which you open yourself — take what you need — close back).
Fruits were washed very poorly (grapes, apples, that is, what is in the peel), they had dirt, sand, cobwebs (in grapes) on them, it was like that every day. I had to take them to the room and wash them myself.
➖In the first 2 days there were still "delicacies": shrimp / pasta with langoustines / ice cream, and then everything rolled down, it was all removed and they probably gave us what was left in stocks by the end of the season, since we ate the same thing and it was already clear that we were finishing some leftovers of the season (moreover, when my husband asked them about ice cream, they took it out of the lobby, but they did not put it on the general staff.) We could barely find anything to eat for breakfast.
Every meal you had to ask the waiters for napkins, they were never on the table. It was tiring.
Plus, the waiters themselves often disappeared somewhere and sometimes waited for 5 minutes or even more to order drinks, etc.
➖ The room was poorly cleaned: they made fruit for us upon check-in and after a couple of days the strawberries were covered with mold and rotted. I was stupidly curious if it would be cleaned, since I noticed from the first cleaning that the mugs were not washed. I was watching. They didn't clean it up until we threw it out ourselves. And fruits with chocolates stood in the room in the heat for 3-4 days, the housekeepers did not think of putting them in the refrigerator. It's very strange for me in a 5* hotel 🙈
Actually, even when we removed the fruits and sweets ourselves , the plates dirty from them remained dirty for a week, the mugs / glasses were not washed either, there was sand in the corridor all the time.
➖ During the eviction, we asked to put boiled eggs in the lunch boxes (because the eviction was at 6:40 a.m. and without breakfast) instead of sandwiches, which we do not eat. They said "OK, we'll do it" (our Russian manager said that), but in the end they still didn't put it down and just gave us their standard lunch box.
Finally, they even "pulled" us out of a minibus full of people when we had already driven a couple of meters away from the hotel. They wanted to "kick" us for 2 bottles of wine, apparently there was a calculation that the bus was in a hurry and we would not figure it out, but they attacked the wrong ones! It's just that the whole group's time was taken away.
We didn't understand at all how this hotel got such good reviews.
The only advantage is that it is unusual in terms of the fact that it stands on a mountain and all rooms are on different levels, beautiful sea views. But this is also an inconvenience — either you need to call a buggy every time and you don't walk at all (especially those with children / strollers) , or every time you go uphill up the stairs, it's tedious, inconvenient, there are not sidewalks everywhere and you walk along the road 😁 The room itself was also normal, spacious, two bathrooms, I can't say anything bad about the room, except for the disadvantages of cleaning.
Think a thousand times about whether you need to go to this hotel.
