I'll start with the pros: the location of the houses really turned out to be very convenient — the sea was literally two steps away, which made our stay as comfortable as possible. There are shops and cafes within walking distance, and you can even pay with a card in the nearest store, which is very rare for this village. There is also a summer kitchen where you can cook your own meals.
However, the disadvantages of our vacation were also noticeable. Firstly, the site stated the presence of a washing machine, but in fact it did not turn out to be. Why deceive the guests?
Secondly, we found sewer flies in the bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant. The lack of cleaning and the lack of basic things like toilet paper also left an unpleasant residue. The hostess wrote that we should buy it ourselves, The linen is changed every 4-5 days, they just bring a clean set, they put it on themselves. The houses are new, but huge cracks in the walls conduct the noise of the busy road and animals well, because this is a village. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, as we did not turn them over, they are already "laid out" and the back is uncomfortable. There is no generator in the complex, if the light is turned off, and this happens often in Abkhazia, then there is no air conditioning, no Internet, hot water, etc.
In general, our vacation in Abkhazia left mixed impressions. On the one hand, the proximity of the sea, shops and cafes made it convenient. On the other hand, some disadvantages, such as the lack of promised amenities and problems with cleanliness, can spoil the overall impression of the holiday.
I would recommend this accommodation option to those who are willing to turn a blind eye to some inconveniences in order to save on cafes and proximity to the sea. I wouldn't go on vacation here anymore.

New, nice houses, shops, cafes, beach, park, mattresses are new, as well as all furniture.
Minus a star for the attitude towards the guests: they deceived me that there was a washing machine - the first thing I asked when booking, the owner was also asked about blankets (it was cold at night), he joked like "maybe you should turn off the air conditioner."
Then the manager said that they would bring us blankets, but alas ...
they did not talk about the non-working lamp, obviously there was no point in the money had already been received, why bother))
We paid 6,300 a day for the house, I think that for this money everything should work in the room.

We rested for a week, we liked everything, we were well received, we settled in, the rooms are clean, new, the territory is beautiful, clean, pomegranates, persimmons grow,a chicken came to visit once, but it was also interesting and unusual at 5 a.m.there is a magnal zone, we completed the summer kitchen, a shop across the street, and more one is right over the fence, the sea is also very close, everything is wonderful, thank you very much for a pleasant stay!!! ❤️
