Unfortunately, I was somewhat disappointed in this institution, perhaps it was us who were unlucky, and it was that evening... The food was not the most delicious, even the shish kebab (compared to some other places in Armenia, and the same Yerevan), if out of the whole set of ordered dishes (of which there were about 6), the only non-meat was the most delicious - hummus, that's what it says ((+ I had to wait/ look for a waiter For some reason, the call button was only on the next table, but not with us.
The interior, the atmosphere, the attitude of the staff, the music - everything is great with this, but, unfortunately, not enough for a restaurant

An order was made for mashed potatoes with a Kiev cutlet, the mashed potatoes seemed to be half-frozen, tasted old, the cutlet was overcooked.

I didn't like the service: when you come to the restaurant, you pay 10% of the order for the service and you want to enjoy the service. Immediately, the waiter threw plates at us - catch it, you'll figure it out for yourself.
Food : honest - quite ordinary, visited many restaurants and there is something to compare.
They waited a very long time for the order - 50 minutes for the cradle (they even thought that they were catching a poor lamb somewhere in the steppe)
The music in the institution is good.

Unfortunately, the restaurant disappointed. We decided to order boiled and fried khinkali with beef. Khinkali turned out to be tasteless, with almost no broth, and fried without it at all. A little dry and not enough filling. This place was highly recommended to us, but after such hinkals we will not go here

Personally, we did not like it, the waiter will not tell us, will not recommend it. You don't always answer the questions you ask, and you didn't get the choice of food either. I have never eaten such a terrible , dry dolma . The mutton tasted like lamb.

The food is delicious, but the whole impression was spoiled by the deception of the waiter. He said that the tip was not included in the bill, we asked to add it. In fact, they have already been turned on. Instead of 10% for tea, it turned out to be 20%. The payment was made by card, there is a difference between the receipt and what was withdrawn. Be careful if you go to this institution.

I rarely write a review, but I wanted to leave it here
3 stars purely for the design.
Of the cons:-
You have to wait too long for the waiters. If they do not cope, then it is necessary to recruit staff
We ordered khachapuri in Adjarian style: not the most difficult to prepare, but we failed
The dough is half-baked, raw.It didn't look very appetizing, but they didn't figure it out because they were late for the airport
Abruptly, the music was turned on very loudly. Of course, I understand the compliment from the restaurant, BUT not only the birthday boy was in the hall..I think it's disrespectful to the rest of the guests.
Also, with regard to the waiters: it would be nice if they communicated with each other about the guests either more respectfully, or so that they could not be heard: Standing behind us and saying "save the asshole of Yasiva there" is not quite correct.

I was with friends on 07/24/2024 in the afternoon. I ordered 1 drink and 1 dish, which was not brought to me. We waited for 50 minutes, after which the waiter simply said that they forgot to cook it. I had to eat a friend's order. Then they ran over me again. They did not apologize (neither the waiters nor the administrator), on the contrary, all three of them proved something to me. An emotional conversation ( "Well, why get so upset about this?!" "Come back tomorrow, I'll be waiting for you") I didn't like the service. Everything is on stream, the waiters change, you have to catch all the time. Although there weren't many people. The dishes that were superfluous or used were not cleaned at the time. Requests were listened to on the go. the dishes taste worse than in other places where we ate and the portions are smaller. We went to the toilet, cleaned it and were rudely told not to go in. The day is ruined!!! My friends went for a walk while we were sorting out the order. VERY unpleasant!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The city is big, they welcome you more cordially in any other place, but here is a clean business.

It's a shame how much this previously legendary place has deteriorated.
Full landing. Cool surroundings (a little dusty, but still cute).
But food is a failure.
Ordered:
Mushroom soup - there is no taste of Mushrooms at all.
Kharcho- sour + very tough meat.
Eggplant under suluguni floats in fat, there is no salt at all, it is not fried.
Shish kebab lamb flesh - small overcooked hard 5 micro pieces.
Shish kebab pork neck - dry! I don't know how they did it.
Kebab veal pulp - sole without taste.
Which is OK, but not so much to admire (only this was finished, the rest was left):
Khachapuri in Adjarian - a little strange bland taste, but interesting.
Chicken kebab - decent, juicy.
Khinkali pork/ beef is a bit spicy and juicy. Despite the fact that there are only 10 folds, I put a plus sign.
In general, I recommend not to go. :(

We read a lot of laudatory reviews and decided to order food at this institution .I'm so upset, I had to throw almost everything away.I will attach a photo so as not to be unfounded .Suluguni cheese is just a cracker with a hole inside, I honestly couldn't appreciate it, the chicken kebab is too dry to chew, khachapuri is also not tasty .In total, we threw away 80% of our dinner .maybe we were unlucky, but there is no desire to try yet

It's just disgusting. The chicken is undercooked, all the dishes are inedible. Salad and cheeses were only eaten, soups and main dishes were not. But they do not react to this in any way, they do not admit their guilt, but they charge for the service (which they do not have). In normal places, they are removed from the account or offered to replace it. I highly recommend it, it is unclear where such enthusiastic reviews come from. Complete disappointment, we stayed hungry.

A very authentic and atmospheric place! The meaning of the name is fully conveyed. A lot of attention is paid to the details, funny captions-quotes from the film. You can come here like to a museum, admire and arrange a photo shoot with the figures of the actors from your favorite movie.
I was very pleased with the serving of the dishes! Especially the shish kebab — it was brought on skewers stuck in an iron dish ... really Caucasian)
It is always crowded here, you need to book a table in advance. It won't work just like that to come from the street.
On the downside, the prices are too high compared to similar restaurants located also in the center.

In my opinion, the best restaurant in Yerevan for meat and close to home cooking: kebabs, kebabs from any meat, there are also national dishes like tzhvzhik.

A huge menu in which most of the items look almost the same to someone who is not an expert in Caucasian cuisine. The case when a large selection is a minus, not a plus. Reducing the number of positions by half and improving their quality will be pleasant for both the restaurant and the guests.
The reception is not very hospitable: it was more important for the waiter to watch the next dance than to put the guests at the table.
To order. Kharcho was not impressed - the meat was not the softest, there was a strong taste of tomato paste. The redheads are not bad. The salad with fried suluguni, although for some reason it was seasoned with sweet chili (I'm in a restaurant of Caucasian cuisine, not Thai?), but I liked it. The chicken is also not bad, as is the tolma. Chkmeruli should be in creamy garlic sauce, and not in mayonnaise! This is just the height of obscenity... And, as in many other establishments in Yerevan, they do not know how to cook shish kebab here. This is unfortunate.
The dishes were brought at different times, one meal was already finished when the meal was brought to another guest at our table.
Wine by the glass - only Ijevan, which smells decently like vinegar. It is unpleasant to drink and it is never recommended by me. And the tea is delicious.

They waited for the waiter for a very long time, the waiter Arthur came, with a dissatisfied face, all the menu was in Armenian, when they asked him what kind of dish was on the menu, he answered reluctantly and unfriendly, they ordered dolma with veal brought with lamb, refused to replace, continuing to claim that it was veal, portions are small, prices are high, service is poor and unfriendly...
