A wonderful place! We rested in early September for 10 days with full board.
Spacious, bright and clean rooms, very tasty food. Well-maintained territory, heated swimming pool, near which it is pleasant to sunbathe and just sit in the shade of trees. The staff are all very friendly and caring. There is pleasant live music in the restaurant in the evenings, but it is uploaded at 23.00, so it does not interfere with night rest at all.
There are all the necessary shops and a market near the hotel. The beach is a 10-minute leisurely walk away, if desired, you can rent sun loungers on the beach (200 rubles).
We will definitely come again)

It's a very cool place, customer orientation is on top. The hall has beautiful, comfortable tables with sofas and chairs. There is also an air conditioner and humidifier.
The dishes are high-quality, delicious and juicy. We ordered a teapot with ginger tea, just an incomparable tea, not paint or flavor, as in other places.The menu is varied, ready-made dishes are not long to wait. We really liked it. If you are vacationing in Tsandripsh, you will not regret coming.

We stopped for lunch on the way to the vacation destination. We didn't regret it! Everything is fast, pleasant, clear, polite, clean! Despite the fact that there were preparations for the evening banquet, we were quickly served, well and deliciously fed.

I had a rest this time in Tsandripsha. The territory itself is beautifully maintained, the only needles from the trees fall into the pool. But this is not critical for me personally. The pool is clean and filtered. The restaurant serves delicious dishes of both European and Caucasian cuisine. The only trouble in Abkhazia is the flies from them to nowhere. And so it's a solid 4 since I didn't see the number

We rested for two weeks with our family (a child of 5 years old) in a hotel with meals included. We were very satisfied. The rooms are clean and spacious. The music is turned off in the evening and nothing prevents you from sleeping. The food is amazing, the food was very satisfying and a lot. After a couple of days, they asked to reduce the portions. The dishes are varied and the hosts often asked what we wanted. The heated pool was used in bad weather at sea. We recommend everyone to stop by and try it

We came on Wednesday with a group of 9 people, we had a lot of orders. Half of the orders were delivered within 30 minutes. We forgot about the French fries. Instead of tomato sauce, ketchup was brought, proving that the tomato was out. I'll buy ketchup in the store for 80 rubles. They asked the pdministrator to the table, we were politely asked not to do this. As a result, the fish was cooked for about 40-45 minutes. They forgot about French fries altogether. Orders were not issued on time, some are eating, others are watching.... Very upset.

The rooms in the hotel are not bad, the kitchen is 4. 4 for the location in the distance, for a paid cot and, in principle, the service is quite fast. But in my opinion, the price discrepancy between the execution and the quality of the dishes. But in general, this is the case everywhere in Abkhazia. We've been to many places, there are more decent options for such money. This is just my personal opinion.

Cafe for three. The barbecue is mediocre, the potatoes were brought from the grill with a raw, crispy core, to remedy the situation, they offered to deep fry it. They took a pig's neck, a cradle, potatoes from the grill and mushrooms. The most delicious were the champignons.
We ordered cognac when we found out the cost of 1200 (instead of 800 on the menu), we were asked to remove it from the bill, to which we were told that it was already on the menu, but the administrator was not in place (cognac had not yet been brought). After that, they said that we were just lucky that the hostess of the establishment was on site. In general, the impressions are not the most pleasant, only the decent atmosphere inside the institution saved.
