The room was fine, with the bathroom in it. One window, TV. Little free space, but it was OK. Nice and friendly English- and Russian-speaking staff. Thanks

I don't understand where the good reviews for this hotel come from. Everything was terrible. Although we booked a deluxe room. The bed is the worst in my life. It creaked so much that we didn't sleep at all. Even when you just lie there and don't move, but you breathe, it creaks. The wallpaper is torn off, the tile in the bathroom is also partially missing. Everything doesn't match the photos at all!!!!! A complete deception!!! We couldn't figure out the water for a long time, I waited 20 minutes for the hot water to go. They asked to change the room to wash, they lied that there were no other rooms. Although judging by the booking, there were rooms available.

- Clean and large rooms;
- Polite staff;
- There are breakfasts;
- Fast internet connection.
Of the cons:
- there is no elevator; (it may be critical for someone)

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are unkempt and dirty. The bathroom sucks. The sink is the size of a plate and it is impossible to wash without spilling water. The toilet is positioned so that you need to bend over to sit down.
