Once I went to this place, I wanted to collect a bouquet on the occasion of my mother-in-law's anniversary, there was one barista on shift, she said to wait 10 minutes, and as a result she waited 30 minutes, was late for the anniversary and left without a bouquet. The florist, as far as I understood, was named Milena. I think this attitude towards customers is disgusting, I have never seen a florist, I can't say anything about him, but I definitely do not advise anyone. The barista was friendly, to have more such employees, and not like your "florists"

I chose the flowers and the quantity, as well as the packaging film, during the packaging process, the florist clearly could not assemble it beautifully, in my opinion, since initially little film was cut off. It didn't work out on the first attempt, she repacked again in a different way, it also looked awkward, more customers came up, she served one in the process of packing my bouquet, someone got in line. This is a very strange approach, my time was spent, as well as the seller's and other buyers' time. Honestly, I didn't want to wait, I left with what I was allocated on the way, I threw away the package from this bouquet, the flowers looked better. By the way, the flowers were not bad, but the service was terrible

I really liked the coffee beans with a pleasant aftertaste, there are interesting seasonal drinks. Desserts are expensive, but very cool and worth the money :) The service is good, pleasant and polite girls! P.S. You can also buy beautiful Christmas dishes here)

The coffee shop itself is good, I won't say anything, they brew delicious coffee at an average price. But I bought a plant there, and it turned out to be with some kind of white flower mite, but it was not noticeable at all at once. At home, I saw that the tree was badly damaged. There is a very small tick in the photo, and when I cleaned some were up to 3mm in length. I will try to cure, but sell sick plants 👎👎👎
