I like to visit the Kausar cafe when I come to Shymkent. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The portions are large. The coffee is excellent. The teas are excellent. I mostly have breakfast, but they have an extensive menu. They work 24 hours. It is rare to find an institution that works around the clock. Shymkent always pleasantly surprises))

Dear visitors, when you come to the cafe with children, please look after them. The children are running, jumping between your tables . They yell so that visitors can't talk and have dinner normally. This is a stupid house, people go to dinner and socialize in such places and not listen and educate your children.

All establishments in Shymkent are excellent, and the branch in Almaty on Dostyk service is so-so, almost half of the menu is missing, the waiter served either Mikhail or Kirill, I do not remember, he was completely stupid, not only was there not what they wanted to order, so he did not write down what was what we asked for, the interior everything is super, the atmosphere is cozy, I want to mention the waiter Anwar. Well done, the guy is smart, tactful and quick-witted. I think the management will read the review and thoroughly consider the choice of staff, because a lot depends on the waiters. Я заказала гуйру лагман, на вкус так себе.Мы минут 7-8 ждали официантов,чтобы спросить меню,ещё 5 мин.чтоб заказ сделать.Место да,очень красивое,но лагман не очень.Это мой честный отзыв.
