One of the advantages is that there are shops nearby, a bus stop, a place where you can walk with animals. One of the disadvantages is a breeding ground for bedbugs and cockroaches. And this covers all the advantages. There is a problem with parking the car, you can't go into the yard, everything is always occupied near the house.

The store is compact, but with a wide range of choices, both food and household goods,polite sellers, and I especially want to note that the owners seem to be believers, on Fridays they distribute bread to everyone for free, nowadays this is a good indicator!
