We were very pleased with the organization of tours from this company!) The first trip was to Orchid Island, we took it from Ivan's employee, who helped us with many issues, and we also purchased local SIM cards from him on the very first day, which is very convenient! The tour itself went great, we had a Russian guide, Andrey, who patiently gathered all of us and coordinated all the members of the group running around the island)) The second trip was to Fanrang, the most beautiful place! A zoo, a temple on the mountain, vineyards where you can taste fresh local wine and delicious syrup with ice, as well as small snacks of seaweed, dried fruits and candied fruits! ) On this tour, we were accompanied by a pleasant and charismatic guide, Sergius, whose funny stories and caring will not leave anyone indifferent!) Special thanks to staff member Stepan for his sociability and pleasant communication, he helped us with all our questions regarding not only the tour but also Nha Trang itself and the places that can be visited!) I would like to note that the food on excursions is very tasty and varied, they always give out water on the way and put local delicious cane rum on the table!!)) A sincere recommendation from my husband and me)!!
We took an individual tour to Dalat. The guide is Vietnamese, friendly, caring. But there are still gaps in the language. Therefore, it is not possible to convey everything beautifully and completely.
During the tour, we met my dad once, a group with a Russian-speaking guide, and I heard much more interesting stories out of the corner of my ear. The price again seems to be too high.
We took excursions to Da Nang, Dalat, Yangbei from 23.09 to 27.09.2024. Everything was very well organized, all the guides were interesting and funny Russian-speaking guys (Vietnamese), told a lot of interesting and informative stories about the country and the places of excursions, treated with respect, photographed, in general, thank you very much, these are unforgettable emotions and memories. ❤️🙏
We went on a paid lake fishing trip in Nha Trang in early March. They didn't catch anything. The guide caught a small catfish in the beginning, but then he stopped pecking. As a result, 4 hours under the scorching sun with Vietnamese karaoke without a single bite.
Later, the local fishermen told me that there should be no biting now, because the water in the lakes is "blooming". There is good biting here during the rainy season.
Plus, they warned us at our toll ponds that fish should not be taken. Just to let go. Perhaps because of this, the fish is reluctant to take lures that have already been caught repeatedly. I don't know. But the impressions were not very good.
I can mention the good work of the guide, who tried to save the situation and encouraged.
But why sell tours out of season when there is obviously no bite?
I strongly do not recommend Katyusha tour!
We were promised a Russian-speaking guide, Boris, but in the end we were accompanied by a Vietnamese named Bo, who spoke Russian with great difficulty. At the same time, as a guide, he told almost nothing about the city or the country — mostly shared personal stories unrelated to the tour from the category: “I don't know how to bargain, but my wife snatched this T-shirt yesterday for 10 bucks at the market!”
There were also many organizational shortcomings. The tour description said that everyone would be given water, but in fact they didn't give it to us, and when we asked, they told us to wait an hour before stopping. One woman got sick on the way, and she wanted to move forward, where there was an empty seat, but the guide refused. There were difficulties in the morning: the minibus could not be identified — there were no signs of the travel agency, the car's license plate was not sent to us, the driver did not speak Russian, and we had to run down the street in search of the right transport.
The tour program was strangely designed: they gave 40 minutes to small and uninteresting points, but only 30 minutes to a really beautiful temple. I had to persuade the guide to stay late. He canceled the final point altogether on his own initiative, and we returned home much earlier than planned — we left at 4 a.m., and returned back at 2 p.m., although it was supposed to be a full day in Dalat.
As a result, there were no walks around the city, no new knowledge, only disappointment from treating the group like third-rate people, and a headache from terrible Russian.
Do not take tours from Katusha. Fortunately, there are many other travel agencies in Vietnam, including cheaper ones with a better approach (we saw how they work when we crossed paths on the sights).
I don't recommend it.
On March 4, 2025, we took a tour to Dalat from the Katyusha operator for $49. It was $5 more expensive than other operators. Includes all entrance fees+electric charge. The tour is interesting and intense. Sergey, the guide, is a true professional in his field and a pleasant man. He knows about Vietnam firsthand and generously shares information. Thanks for the tour and the help!
On September 16, 2024, we went on a tour of the Southern Islands with the Katyusha tour operator in Nha Trang. Expectations were high, but the reality was disappointing. The Lapa guide behaved terribly: he treated us rudely, shouted, urged us on, did not explain anything about the places we visited. There was no security at all. They didn't dock us properly on the boat, and one woman fell, dislocating her leg and arm. She was not even offered help, saying that the company was not responsible. The Mini Beach was dirty, with sharp rocks and plastic in the water. They didn't tell us anything during the tour, and after it ended, they left us waiting for the gazelle, which never arrived. We left by taking a taxi. The only plus is rum and Coke and good traveling companions. If you want to have a safe and interesting time, Katyusha is definitely not your choice.
Russian russians went to the southern islands on 09/16/2024, the organization of the tour was terrible, the guide was a local Paw (speaks Russian poorly), a Russian assistant who was on this tour for the first time.It felt like the whole organization was on track. They brought us to one beach, there were strong waves (vests were taken away from us, masks too).Safety is at zero, when transferring to the boat, the woman fell, even damaged something, there was no action from the guides. As a result, we returned to the port and we don't even have transport to take us to the hotel.Again, the guide ran around looking for someone to take us, we waited and stood. The tour is not about anything, it is not interesting and the organization is disgusting.
We went on a guided tour in Dalat with Sergey, he's just a smart guy, I liked everything, thank you.

We bought two excursions from the Katyusha Tour company. The first is the VIP southern Islands (08/15/2024). The tour does not match the stated description from the website and the manager's stories. The whole tour looked like this: they take us to a paid beach, place us on sun beds that are adjacent to each other closely and say you are here for three hours. The beach is very small, there are a lot of people there. They gave masks for snorkeling, which in the end are not needed, because there are no living creatures in the water. There was absolutely nothing to do, we were very upset. Then there was snorkeling in the open sea and lunch. That's all, the whole tour group, including us, were dissatisfied with the tour, it was extremely boring. On the last day of our vacation, we had an excursion to Dalat planned, we really wanted to get there. We were waiting for the transfer at the hotel reception at 5 a.m., we waited for an hour! They didn't come to pick us up, we tried to call the manager, the company, but everyone was asleep. We never got a call back, the manager wrote at 10 a.m., saying that the owner was 70 years old, it was hard for her to work and she did not forget to add us to the lists. And what kind of attitude can be formed towards this company!? Absolute irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. The vacation is ruined, I hope those who are thinking of taking or not taking excursions from them will draw certain conclusions for themselves from our review.
They said to wait in the hotel lobby at 7:20-7:30. The time is 8:15 a.m. We still haven't been picked up. It's disrespectful to someone else's time.
The guide writes that our hotel is the last one. And? In less than a day, he wrote and could tell the exact time. They are delayed due to the fact that they are waiting for other tourists from other hotels for a long time.
I could get up at 7 a.m. instead of 6 a.m. I go to bed late, I work a lot. This hour is important to me. And this is just a disgusting attitude.
