My wife and I went to pass the time before the plane, drink beer and eat. Opening hours are until 01:00, arrived at about 23:20 . And nothing here is worth it.
The waiter came, dropped the pen on the floor 2 times while taking the order. (then, when he was carrying the change to the next table, he dropped the coins).
I accepted the order, warned that the grill closes earlier. OK.
We ordered Philadelphia, to try it.
In the photo, you can see that the "cap" of fish is not even to the end of the plate. In general, it is delicious, but this is not a restaurant serving for such a price.
They asked for beer from their own brewery - there is none, only bottled. Okay. We ordered bottled beer.
It seems that we are sitting, spending the evening, monitoring the time, at one of these moments the waiter looks over his back into the phone and says that the time is wrong. I am aware, I answer that the current time is +1 to mine and that we have not quite come to close. Strange, of course, the habits of looking into the phones of visitors.
Actually, the circus and the absurdity continue:
At 00:10 we were asked if we would order something else, we ordered another beer, it would not be difficult to drink 0.33 liters in 50 minutes.
A minute later, we are already handed a receipt for payment. They paid, although surprisingly.
They began to open the doors wide open so that a draft from the street would pass into the hall in order to hurry up the visitors. They stood "over the soul" at each table and drilled with their eyes.
In general, this place can't be called a restaurant, the presentation of the simplest dish in the form of Philadelphia upset and discouraged the desire to try something else from the cuisine available at that time.
Maintenance and service is zero.

It's not clear why this place has 5 stars. We ordered a lamb square and a veal tenderloin kebab, the meat is all dry, overcooked, and too salty. I'm not talking about potatoes at all. It doesn't taste good!

I put only 2 stars and that's why:
1 star for design and interior. Everything is beautiful and modern
2 stars for a friendly hostess.
That's where the pros ended.
Now about the cons:
I decided to go for Japanese cuisine and it was a huge mistake.
Rolls for 2 balls, the pitch is pretty, but that's it. rice is of very poor quality, a lot of mayonnaise and in general, the fish itself leaves much to be desired, while the price is very high. It's a shame, friends, to give such a bad product at such a level of the restaurant and such prices. Remove Japanese cuisine if your chefs do not know how to cook it at the right level.
The service is very clueless. With an almost empty hall, there is a huge number of waiters who constantly walk in different directions and chat.
A lot of fuss, but what's the use? Cold waiters who do not strive for quality service, the feeling that they do not care about the guests at all. The bill for one of me was around 30 thousand drams without alcohol, but when it's not delicious, then it's not delicious!!!!

A VERY COOL RESTAURANT!!! A modern institution, there is a soloist and a backup dancing group, in the evenings they perform songs live, even waiters and hostesses dance, very incendiary and fun!!! Book a table in advance, and in the first hall with a tree, in it the soloist and the dancers walk between the tables and sit down with the guests. Otherwise, you will be put at the bar and you will be waiting for a table for a very long time. However, in the bar you will also be surrounded by care and will be deliciously fed and watered. There are no national dishes there (thank God))))), European and Asian cuisine. There is also a second room at the back of the hall, but there is nothing to catch. There is also a second tier in the first hall, please specify how it is there.

On Friday evening we visited Katsin's restaurant. There are a lot of people, music is playing, the interior is pleasant. We decide to stay. It was assumed that the establishment was above average and, accordingly, it was expected that the level of dishes would be above average.
The order included bao buns, eel rolls, shrimp and salmon rolls, salmon nigiri, cocktail and wine.
Bao is very tasty, thoughtful, the meat is spicy in moderation, the ingredients that give both sweetness and salinity and crispness in these buns are an excellent combination. The cocktail and the wine are good.
Then everything went wrong. Rolls are bad... unfortunately… First, there is not much filling. Secondly, a crab is declared in Canada, but there is a crab stick in the roll. It seems that for this price the restaurant can afford a real crab in rolls. In the end, you can make it more expensive, we were willing to pay for the quality. The shrimp and salmon roll is very small... on top, the shrimp tartar is indistinct, inside, due to the fact that the roll is hot, of course, the salmon is also very soft, that is, there is no accent in this roll. If you do the opposite, the shrimp will be crispy inside, and the cap will have tender salmon in sauce.
The good thing is the cool interior, the waiters are professionals. We got to an evening with a performance in which the staff participated, it looked very cool when staff suddenly starts dancing and becomes a participant in the show - it's very cool.
To sum up, they left with the feeling that they had made the wrong choice of dishes. Perhaps meat items or salads or something else here has a decent level. I do not recommend coming here for rolls.
P.S. I am editing the review since I received the restaurant's response. Which means that if you want real rolls, you definitely are not here. Don't repeat our mistake - ask for the signature dish, find out what the local chefs are proud of. I thank the restaurant for the reply.

A wonderful restaurant. Yerevan has been in Yerevan for a little less than a week - so far it is the best place that we have visited. Very tasty food (and rolls, and everything else), perhaps the best service in Yerevan (the waiters react simply to the look and fit, which is rare for local places), modern and fashionable renovation and furnishings. We didn't find live music, but there was a DJ with a pleasant house set.
Prices for Armenia are expensive, slightly higher than the average restaurant in Moscow (in a comparable place in Moscow, they would give 2-3 times more).

A great place for a high price. Relaxed service, excellent quality of food and drinks. Even breakfast will be a pleasure. But you have to pay for it, even considering the cheapness of Armenia, it is quite expensive, especially if you take wine, even local.

A modern popular restaurant among the locals. There is no bias in the national cuisine. European dishes and popular Asian dishes. There is a non-smoking area on the second floor. It's noisy everywhere. Waiters and administrators work smoothly and quickly. The cocktails didn't impress, but the hot dishes are cool. The scent of soap in the toilet is just a delight, the smell of expensive perfume! We regret that we did not tip the waiter, deciding that the 10% indicated in the receipt is what they are. No, this is a service fee for the entire establishment, but not for the waiter personally. Sorry!

Delicious rolls (unlike various deliveries in the city), I really liked the red fish, the cocktail was also pleasant as it should be. We went to a birthday party and got to a noisy evening with the singer's performances, dancing, and music. It seems great, but it's very noisy, which is hard to hear both the waiter and the neighbor. It would be nice to turn down the sound a little, and take breaks from entertainment.
