In 2018, I crossed the border here, the staff of the Ukrainian GPSU were polite enough, but as if they wanted to have their pen gilded) I was on my way to Kiev to visit my relatives, we got another shift shift and stood here for almost 6 hours
On 11/28/2013, we were lucky enough to cross this checkpoint. We were going to Russia for permanent residence. Mercedes sprinter car. I won't wish it on the enemy. At first, we were hidden from the inspectors, allegedly "there may be difficulties." Then they drove from one line to another. They were forced to write a declaration "on goods", although these were personal items. Then they demanded to evaluate all the property-every used thing in euros, because there were no new ones in our property at all. At the same time, my mother (73 years old) had the flu! I asked to arrange it as soon as possible because all the documents were in order. At the third inspection of the car, the customs officers said to unload everything on the asphalt! And then we finally figured out what they wanted! When their "wish" was satisfied, we left safely. There is no conscience to do this to their citizens. We are both Russians.Shame on you! The water was boiled for 5 hours. There are only zero stars for you!
I have been traveling here for 15 years, before the reconstruction of the border, the staff was just wonderful - kind, responsive, everything was done quickly., on both sides. Now they have driven me to insanity, I was fined (on the Russian side) 1000 rubles. for a package of apples that I was taking from my mother from Ukraine to Russia, they held me for 4 hours (they checked, drew up a protocol, photographed the car because they caught a "malicious" violator), the border staff referred to the laws on the transportation of products. More than half have relatives both in Russia and in Ukraine, dear people, do not make these "laws" absurd.
