It looks like a very beautiful building! It's so memorable! I read somewhere that there are viewing platforms upstairs, but I didn't have enough time to visit them. Beautiful embankment nearby. Marina-Central is a tram stop with a good view of the building. It is almost invisible from the Qanat Quartier (very far away and only from one point).
