Like everything in Doha, it is very beautiful from the outside: architecturally, East meets West. An unusual fountain, a small exhibition hall where bazaars with local brands of clothing, jewelry, etc. are organized. There are many coffee shops and restaurants. And there's even a bookstore! Great for one time. Then only for the sake of specific restaurants.

A large cultural complex built at the expense of the state for all residents and guests of Doha. All state-important cultural festivals and concerts are held here. Excellent acoustics in the central square, although it is completely open. The State Falconry Federation is also located here. We were lucky enough to see hunting falcons. They are kept here and trained after the hunting season.

Katara Cultural Village is an ethnographic village created to introduce locals and tourists to the culture of the Ancient East. There is a theater, art galleries, mosques and various exhibitions.

Katara Village is located on the waterfront and consists of about 30 low buildings combined into streets. The streets are covered with awnings from the sun. One of the wonderful individual buildings in the area is the amphitheater, a huge arena with open–air stands where concerts are held. Another wonderful building is the Golden Mosque. Its walls are covered with small mosaic tiles with a shiny coating that actually looks like gold.
In addition to catering establishments, mainly facing the waterfront, there are many photo and art galleries in the buildings of Qatar Village, admission is free everywhere.
