Before going to Phuket, we were looking for a hotel with a high rating, but at an affordable price. And we found it: we paid attention to the beautiful photos of the rooms, the territory, and the absolute majority of positive reviews. The contact number of the hotel's representative, Maria, was listed on the hotel's website. Through her, we booked a room, as well as a transfer from the airport. We were welcomed and comfortably taken to the hotel. During the entire vacation, there was never a situation where something was wrong, on the contrary, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, the Russian soul is felt. The territory is small, but very green, beautiful and well-groomed, comfortable room, all staff are friendly, perform their duties efficiently, generally cozy and homely atmosphere. It is located on a small hill, 4 tiers with houses. We had the lowest one, but even from it you could see the sea when you were enjoying coffee on the balcony in the morning to the sound of birds chirping (there was a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar in the room, everything was replenished every day during cleaning). The hotel is conveniently located, just across the street from the famous Kata beach (1 minute). It takes 1-2 minutes on foot to a busy street with tourists with numerous cafes and shops, 15-20 minutes on foot to Kata Noi beach (we liked it better), but we took a taxi for 260 baht - 4-5 minutes. We were very satisfied with the hotel, and we will recommend it to our friends!

We had a rest on January 6-12, 2025. Together with a large family and friends, we occupied 6 rooms. Everyone was satisfied. The area is nice and cozy. Minor issues arose, but were immediately resolved. To the beach, literally, cross the road (quite busy) and in a minute you are already swimming.

We had a rest in March 2025, we really enjoyed it! We cleaned every day, lots of space, our own mini-courtyard, great! 3 minutes to the beach, 5-6 minutes to 7/11. The view is a special pleasure 🩷
