A wonderful hotel. Convenient location, within walking distance of everything you need, pharmacies, restaurants, various shops. The rooms are nice, quiet, clean, everything is in the room as indicated in the description. The staff is friendly, they try to help everyone! The territory is well maintained, green and blooming. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, the beach is clean, there are people, but somehow no one bothers anyone. In general, we were satisfied, we will be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Nice family hotel, neat rooms, daily cleaning. A deposit of 100 € is required upon check-in. The breakfasts were ordinary, but there was enough of everything. There are several small pools, a pool bar, and a children's area. Spa for a fee. In the evenings, on some days, films are shown on a projector on the territory, but in English))) Not a noisy area, calm. Nearby there are restrooms, exchangers, all kinds of shops, 7-elevan, a mini shopping center for the sale of suitcase bags and everything made of leather, by the way, we bought a roomy suitcase there. The sea is nearby, 15 minutes on foot, there were waves in December. You can roll down to the neighboring beaches, Karon, Patong, from 200 baht. The night market is a 15-minute walk away, food, souvenirs, clothes, trinkets. The hotel is normal, I recommend it!

A very good hotel, I didn't notice any disadvantages, the territory is clean, well-groomed, the rooms are cleaned well, towels were changed every day, water is replenished in the room every day, I lived in the fifth building, I liked it, the pools are clean and there are many of them. The only thing for me is a meager breakfast, mostly rice and noodles, sometimes miso soup was delicious , but mostly incomprehensible-looking soups that I hadn't tried, fruit - watermelon and papaya, bananas - they were too much, croissants and bread are not my product.
The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a 7 eleven store nearby, there are pharmacies, many cafes, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea. A gray beach towel can be taken directly in the room, and the beach towel is updated every day. The staff is polite and always ready to help if necessary.
I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel. The room was large, a huge comfortable bed, always clean towels, water, coffee and tea. The refrigerator, however, was freezing hard🥶the water was on ice😁delicious breakfasts, large pools throughout the territory. The staff is very friendly. Excellent hotel , minimum questions
-1 -I did not like the parking for mopeds is very small, I have to put the mopeds one after the other in 3 rows
2-there are ants in almost all rooms ( we changed the room without any problems , but there are ants there too , ( but they are all in the bathtub ) they didn 't bother me at all , my wife was indignant .
3-There's enough for breakfast in the morning , ( I didn't like the woman who stands at the bacon distribution ( she saves a lot , and by 9-30 o'clock she's already finished.. That the bacon is over .
We got sick 4 or 2 times because of the air conditioner, it's blowing cold, everything is fine, but the air conditioner is old and there are no remotes.!!!!! It is impossible to set it up, if you open the window, birds and locusts come in and it gets stuffy.
I also broke a glass bottle of water ( I remind you that 4 bottles of water are given upon arrival and you can only drink it in the room). The cleaner saw that 1 bottle was missing. We brought a bill for 100 baht immediately , and that 's 340rubles for a regular bottle of water !!!!!!!!!!!
Another unpleasant moment at the departure, the bus was at 5 a.m. (they take a $100 deposit upon arrival at the hotel)
We arrived at 4-50 in the morning for a reschedule ( about 10 people and several families left us . ) they tell us they will check the number first , then they will refund $ 100 . The guy checks , runs through all the numbers . And we waited for about 20 minutes while he checked all the departure numbers.
In general, I recommend it to everyone, if you compare it with the ibis kata, then only the Sea Brize .

Cleaning, linen change every day. There are 4 swimming pools for adults and 2 for children. The territory is clean. We settled in quickly, before 14 o'clock. The deposit of $ 100 was returned at check-out. The sea is 5 minutes, 15 minutes Karon beach. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy. There are always sun beds (100 baht). We had a family vacation at Kata Sea Breeze Resort from 25.10 to 08.11. After reading the reviews closer to departure, doubts began to creep in whether we had made the right choice...but upon arriving at the hotel, all doubts were gone. The hotel is simply beautiful, the photos in the reviews do not convey all its beauty! We had a room with access to the pool in the third building. I liked the room, the only thing I would like is more lighting, but this is not critical. Very comfortable pillows, mattresses, snow-white linen, towels are changed daily, even if you do not throw them on the floor. There are bags of cream, coffee, tea and sugar in the room. Shampoo and shower gel in dispensers, cotton pads and sticks, shower caps in bags. Everything works in the room.
The breakfasts are not bad, there is always something to eat, it's still pretty tasty. There are four types of eggs, cheese, ham, etc., watermelon was always (delicious) from fruits, there were also guava, melon, pitahaya, bananas.
The territory is clean and well maintained. The pools are also clean.
All the staff is very polite, always with smiles, if you have any questions, everything is solved instantly. I would also like to mention a girl named Kaew, at least from her it is a charming smile, she is always very caring, she will ask how you are, chat, joke!
The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away, the hotel has all the necessary infrastructure.
In general, I definitely recommend this hotel!

It's a good hotel for Thailand. We lived on the 5th floor in the 5th building. The bed and towels were changed every day. They also gave 0.5 liters of water per person to the room. We bought more water anyway. A hygienic shower is provided in the rooms next to the toilet.
There is a 7/11 store nearby. The room had a safe, a small refrigerator and air conditioning. Kondey was noisy and a little damp at first, then stopped, worked all night long. There are a couple of meat dishes on the buffet for breakfast, rice/noodles, fruits/vegetables, yogurt. There is a small gym.
There are not enough scales for suitcases in each building, I had to go down several times. 3 pools, no slides. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. It is 8 minutes to the sea, past the exchanger and the food court. The rating is reduced due to a noisy air conditioner. We woke up at night from the noise.

The rooms were cleaned perfectly. Of course, the breakfasts were not very varied, but we were always full. Sausages, scrambled eggs, coffee, croissants, fruits. Well, what else is needed? There are a lot of restaurants, exchangers, and hotels around. We downloaded the bolt and took cheap taxi rides everywhere. Half of the vacation we went to the beach to the left, it took about 5 minutes to walk. The second part is to the right. There's a 15-minute walk with a stop at the store, but the beach there is much quieter, no noise and generally more fun. Don't be lazy to walk to the right)

The water is cloudy, the beach is crowded with people. The same Patong, but without the abundance of shops and shopping centers. I liked the hotel itself. A large territory, several swimming pools, food is not super abundant, but you can feed the child) there is a Russian-speaking hotel employee. They clean up like everywhere else, magic tips and you will be greeted in front of the room with a joyful cry of "madam / mister" and report on cleaning))) There is a caveat: some of the buildings are with old repairs, and some with new ones. Some are normal, and some are not) Do not hesitate and ask to be resettled at the reception. They are reluctant to do this, but with polite persistence they will not refuse. The territory of the hotel is monitored, cleaned, and the territory and the pools are cleaned every morning, and ideally (better than in some 5*)) There is a market, shops and cafes nearby, and the famous "Veranda" is also located nearby. We spent our honeymoon at this hotel in the second half of November! We were pleasantly impressed! The room was decorated and a plate of fruit was left in the fridge, a very nice bonus:) We cleaned well, changed all the towels every day and washed the floor. The breakfasts are quite varied, we always found something to fill our plate with. The location of the hotel is simply excellent, the nearest beach is 7 minutes maximum, 15-20 minutes to Karon. There is everything nearby: cafes, shops, massage parlors, etc. I highly recommend going to a jazz evening at Mustache (a cafe just a stone's throw around the corner), a wonderful place with the prices of our restaurants, but everything was very tasty, and the vocalist of the band won my heart, such a velvety timbre! I also recommend visiting a place with unlimited seafood, etc., you pay 300-400 baht for admission and 100 for coals and cook yourself an unlimited amount, you can have soup, you can just fry (scallops and shrimps top on the grill), the guys tell you how and how much to cook (type the name into Google maps),it's a long walk,it's better to get there.
The most important advantage for us was the opportunity to swim in the pool late at night, it was just a kind of evening ritual, we swam at 20 and 22, and no one kicked us out! We also somehow got to a barbecue evening at the hotel, it was a buffet dinner, it was delicious (especially kebabs and potatoes in foil).
We took excursions to Antoshka Tour Phuket, we were satisfied with everything!
In general, we are delighted with this trip!

The departure overshadowed the attitude-it was early, there was no time to deal with anyone, they took 200 euros for two people upon check-in, and returned only 100. And I haven't read the first case already.

The staff at the hotel is polite and helpful. There was a moment when the safe wouldn't open in my room, and all the documents and cash were there. We really liked the breakfasts, they are always fresh, there is a good selection, several types of hot, soups, cool fresh croissants, there are pancakes, cheeses, sausages, sausages, vegetables and fruits are all good: watermelons, pineapples, papaya. In general, there is a lot to choose from, and it is very worthy for Ty. Only the coffee was disgusting, but it's almost everywhere in Tae. The service is excellent, the staff is very good. Excellent hotel, rested at the end of May 2024, the rooms are large, the territory is gorgeous, 4 large pools, 2 children's pools. Buffet breakfasts, you can overeat, there is a choice for both children and adults. Wi-Fi is only catching at the reception, there are no special disadvantages anymore.

The hotel is wonderful, a large room, furniture on the balcony, gel and shampoo dispensers, beach towels. Fruit breakfasts, European and Thai dishes, but there is no coffee machine. Coffee is brewed and poured into a tank, the coffee is not bad.
The territory is large, several swimming pools, playgrounds. There is a tennis table, balls, a bow and arrow.
To the beach- left from the hotel 15 min.
The service is good. Upon arrival, they take a deposit of $ 100.
We went on a 2-day excursion from Anexture to Khao Sok- super! We rode a tuk-tuk with the company to Big Budda.
The only drawback is the Wi-Fi in the lobby. We are happy with the rest.

We had a rest in March 2024 with the whole family at the hotel. Everything is just great, friendly and courteous staff, good housekeeping.It's cool that there was a Russian girl at the reception.
BBQ evenings on Tuesdays: grilled kebabs and seafood, salads and desserts are all delicious! The pools are clean.
We had a problem, so the staff even provided us with crutches😅

Great hotel. Good service. Clean pools. The children were very pleased. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Large rooms, cleaned every day. There was a room on the ground floor, which was convenient for children, as the doors opened directly onto the pool. On the 5th floor there was a beautiful view from the window. Clean, cozy, polite staff. The ocean is about a 25 -35 minute walk away. On a scooter for 3 minutes. If you go from the hotel to the right side, there are more waves there. The waves on the left are calmer, very good for children. We enjoyed the autumn!!!!

A good hotel for a family holiday. The rooms are large, the cleaning is good, compared to Pattaya (sea breeze) it is generally excellent. You can swim in the pool until 9 pm. The breakfasts are average, I would like better, the coffee is not important, but not hungry.

I really liked the hotel. Beautiful territory. Cozy, clean, friendly staff, many Russian families with children. The pools are warm and clean. A good massage. We enjoyed staying at the hotel.
