nice condo. you can walk to the sea, about 25 minutes. the road is fantastic. we lived here for two months and everything is perfect. there are three swimming pools, a gym (100 bai per visit, 250 per week, 650 per month). The rooms are cool, clean and well renovated. friendly guys and staff. in general, it's great.
