The hotel is located 25 minutes from the sea, in general, that is why the rating is 4.
I knew I was going to take a bike, so I was quite satisfied with this hotel. By the way, I took a bike from the hotel. You can find it cheaper, of course, but that was the most convenient way for me. I had breakfast 2 times out of 8 days, not because it was not delicious, but somehow there was no time)) The breakfasts are meager, but I didn't expect anything special. You can even have a snack. The room had a balcony, overlooking the mountains, I went to it upon arrival, and in general I was no longer there. They didn't clean very well, but they always put 2 bottles of water every day. No animals were found in the room, except for small ants. The air conditioner was working properly, there was no hair dryer, but somehow it was not needed. There is a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, according to the stories of vacationers, they swam there, I went once to look at it, but then again there was not enough time for it. For me, the sea is better. I did not take excursions from the hotel, I organized everything myself. Upon arrival, the deposit is 100 euros. The staff is polite, but does not understand Russian at all, it transliterates Google.

She stayed at this hotel from January 24 to February 5, 2020. The photos of the hotel are much more embellished, in fact everything is much more modest. There is very little furniture in the rooms. A concrete bed base, a concrete TV stand, in places a concrete floor without a cover, meager breakfasts. And the most unpleasant thing is that the hotel is located near a very active roadway, and if the windows overlook the road, it is simply not possible to sleep. There are no standards in the hotel, they wanted to put water, coffee, they did not want to put it. They wanted to change the towels, they didn't want to change them. Cleaning is only about collecting garbage. The malfunction of the interior and communications is not checked, you have to go and ask for something to be fixed or otherwise removed. I do not recommend the hotel.

The hotel had a simple breakfast buffet, two bottles of water and toilet paper were left under the door every day. The main thing for me was that there was a safe in the room where you could leave documents and valuables. I controlled the TV and air conditioning from my smartphone, which has an IR port. I had the keys to the room (103) on an electronic card, which was a "keychain" for them. Entering the room, you insert the card into the slot above the switch and electricity appears in the room. Accordingly, when you leave the room, it is de-energized... turning off the air conditioner. There is no hot water in principle. If there was at least a hot tap in the shower, from which a thin trickle flowed, unable to push itself through the holes in the watering can, everything is fair in the sink - one tap with cold water. In general, it is tolerable, because the water is warm, but definitely a minus. There is a swimming pool and a bowl, such as a Jacuzzi, where you can relax if you are too lazy to go to the beach, which is a 15-20 minute walk away. There is also a kind of barbecue area by the pool, with a barbecue. At certain hours, a pickup truck with benches in the back and an awning, such as a local Tuk-tuk, goes to the beach. Check-in is usually at 14.00, so arriving early in the morning you will wait in the lobby, where there is Wi-Fi and air conditioning. They take a deposit of $ 50. There is also a bike rental (scooters), but they take a passport, the original as collateral. In other rentals, you can do with a copy, leaving a deposit. Scooters should be carefully inspected, because the owners are looking after it. I scratched a brand new scooter and had to pay 2,750 baht. That is, my $ 50 deposit remained with them + the missing amount in baht.
To sum up, this is really three stars, i.e. "three stars", albeit a solid one.

THE HORROR!!!! It takes a lot of effort to find such a hotel!!! It is located in the middle of nowhere, from the side of the road this hotel is very dirty, it looks like an abandoned little house. The room has a prison-like concrete floor, a concrete bed frame and a mattress on it, a headboard made of plywood, bedside tables for a place, shelves made of the same plywood are screwed on Foot to the beach for min. 40-45, we stayed in this hotel for a day, because the main rest was on Koh Samui. 3 solid. Avoid room 216. Windows facing the road insulation 0. And an unclosed window in the toilet overlooking the pool where people relax at night. The breakfast is passable. The room is being cleaned. The staff is also normal, smiling and friendly, at least they try. Take a moped the distance from the sea is decent, the busik goes 2 times a day and only to one Kata beach. I don't pretend to be a critic on a big occasion, I just spent the night and had breakfast and then went on a bike and forward. And what else is in Taye ?

a very terrible hotel, complete unsanitary conditions, have not been cleaned for many years, photos have not corresponded to reality for a long time, the hotel is falling apart, 2 km from the sea, dirty couples with children work, naked children run around the hotel and harass visitors. We changed the hotel on the same day. I'm just terrified.

It's a terrible hotel. The rooms are all in terrible condition, dirt is everywhere. There is a problem with the Internet at all, only at the reception. The breakfast is disgusting, although I'm not picky about food, but it's terrible. Maximum audibility in the Room. There is a swimming pool - it would be better not to have it.

Breakfasts are very meager, tea is generally like urine, fruits are only one kind, either watermelon or pineapple.Fried eggs are always cold.
The bedding is not changed, only shaken and refilled.
Terrible noise from the road.
We washed with cold water for a week, something broke and only 5 days later a water heater was installed.
I would not like to return to this hotel.
There is a good pool, it works around the clock (when it is cleaned it is not clear).

Dirty hotel, sand everywhere, "age-old" dust on the shelves. The rooms are not cleaned, the bed is not changed. There are 4 people working, they don't have time for anything. I do not advise, for the same money, I wanted new ones 10 meters away, it's better there!

The hotel is not bad, but before departure they did not give their passport because of a spot on the bed linen, which was already quite dirty. 5 minutes before leaving the hotel, there is no money left with you. They don't have $100 in change.... It's just a disaster!
