We had a rest in September. Overall, the hotel is excellent:
+ the food is very tasty and varied (we had a tour with breakfast and dinner);
+ the room is stylish and beautiful, we lived on the 1st floor and we also had a large balcony due to this;
+ the pool is excellent, the areas for children and adults are delimited;
+ everyone at the reception speaks Russian;
+ the location from the sea is the golden mean, it takes 5 minutes to walk, but the noise from the embankment does not reach, since the hotel is located approximately on the second line;
+ the town of Petrovac itself is small, calm and clean, if you don't like noisy parties or with children, that's it. It takes 30 minutes to get to Budva by bus.
Of the minuses, there are only 2 points:
- the shower cabin has neither a curtain nor a door, the shower itself has a low barrier, water spills all over the floor and due to this there is constant dampness and humidity.
- the entrance door to all rooms is made in the style of a wooden bungalow or something... the door itself is heavy, BUT it has no threshold!, there is a huge hole under the door, through which absolutely everything that happens in the corridor can be heard - conversations, children's screams, the sound of suitcase wheels... Light penetrates into the room from the hallway. Because of this, you sleep lightly and constantly wake up to all these sounds. Our room was still located not far from the reception, so we could hear absolutely everyone who was leaving the hotel, going to the restaurant, or had just entered. Maybe the traffic in remote rooms is not so good and it's quieter there.
Bottom line: the hotel has more advantages, but it still left a positive impression, so I recommend it) the food there compensates for the gap under the door)))
A gorgeous place, near the market, berries, local wine, olives and cheeses, mmm gastronomic ecstasy. We were there in the summer of 2019.

We took a package tour from 07/22/19-07/31/19 with accommodation in Castellastva in Petrovac. A very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, stylistically decorated, have air conditioning, balcony, mini fridge, hairdryer, TV with Russian channels, free Wi-fi, bathroom amenities : gel and shampoo for hair and body, towels; there are even scales! The rooms are cleaned, but we were probably lucky and our room 234 was not particularly washed, the nomes are not picky. Yes, you could see the sea from the rams of the room and from the other side of the mountain, but you have to overcome a lot of stairs and flights on foot to get to the room. There is no elevator to this building. This is of course a minus, perhaps the only one. The food was taken by FB, there are plenty to choose from, and fish, and chicken, and meat and vegetables, etc., no one will leave hungry. Fruits every day: melons, watermelons, grapes, peaches/nectarines, apricots, kiwis. Desserts. The staff monitors the filling of the buffet, if something ends, a new tray is immediately brought. There are no questions about nutrition. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, urban. Almost the entire coastline is occupied by sunbeds, the free zone is very tiny. And there are a lot of people. There are fewer people in the sea, as the water is refreshing and not everyone decides to go into it. But it is the cleanest, even two days of rains did not interfere with its cleanliness. The town itself is beautiful, it will not be difficult to get to the neighboring towns, there is a stop on Budva nearby, 2.5 euros per person. Not far from the city of Bar, Kotor, Ulcinj, all within an hour's drive. A beautiful place, comfortable weather, delicious food, friendly people who understand and speak our native language.
