I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Caspian Public University (KOU) VSHP "Adilet". I was not mistaken in choosing a place to receive postgraduate professional education. Very good teaching staff! Thank you for the opportunity to receive a huge amount of knowledge from the leading civilists of our country.
In 2023, she graduated from the Master's degree program of the Caspian Public University (KOU) HSE Adilet, Private law, scientific and pedagogical direction. For those who go to university not for knowledge, but for a crust, this is not a suitable option. Here you need to study hard, constantly prepare for classes. But if you study in good faith, then you will definitely get high-quality academic knowledge. I express my great gratitude to the staff of the KOU: Anatoly Grigoryevich Didenko, Farhad Sergeevich Karagusov, Svetlana Pavlovna Moroz, Elena Viktorovna Nesterova, Yulia Valeryevna Galinskaya, Kulyash Muratovna Ilyasova, Evgeny Viktorovich Porokhov, Olga Valentinovna Koshkina, and all to all the wonderful teachers of our course. I was lucky enough to get knowledge from COE professors. I hope our acquaintance and communication will be continued in the future and will help my further professional growth.
She graduated from the Bachelor's degree of the Higher School of Economics "Adilet" under the Caspian Dream Team program, which involves free training from professors who participate in working groups on the development of NPA projects, analyze, identify legal problems, and write scientific articles. I am grateful to my teachers, I am proud to call them my Teachers, for showing me the law through their eyes, teaching me to understand the structure of the legal norms of Kazakhstan, to look for articles and provisions applicable to a particular situation, and most importantly, to understand the law itself a little deeper, as far as possible.
Then I enrolled in a master's degree, where I had the opportunity to listen, get acquainted and sometimes discuss with A. G. Didenko on civil law issues. I will always be grateful to the Caspian University, Dean S. P. Moroz for the opportunities provided.
I would like to add that I actively apply the knowledge gained at the university in my work, and when hiring new employees for an interview, graduates of the Caspian University can be seen immediately, they differ in the depth of understanding of civil law.
The most disgusting university that exists in Kazakhstan, there are clowns in the dean's office who will not be barked at yet - they will not understand. The teachers are so-so, there is nothing to say about training at all
I did not study here and I will not say anything for the university itself, but I will say for the "higher school of Law Adilet" at the Caspian University, or to be more precise, for the scientific journal and the editorial office. I wrote a scientific article according to all the specified requirements, with the expectation that it will be published in January or earlier (because Before that, collections were published in January). But the collection never comes out, there is no response to my attempts to contact the editorial office, neither to letters nor to calls. Fortunately, that conference was free. Therefore, I do not advise anyone to send their articles here because this is a cat in a poke, it is unclear when it will be released and whether it will be released at all.
She graduated from the law School of Higher Education in 2015. Since the management and teaching staff have not changed, I think my review is still relevant for applicants.
The teaching staff. In general, it is worth noting here that our higher education leaves much to be desired. Many teachers, roughly speaking, are "left in the past", there is no normal practical experience of working in companies and government structures - but this is relevant for all KZ universities.
Of course, the student's knowledge at graduation will depend on him for 95%.
There are very cool specialists at this University, to whom I am personally very grateful for the knowledge, namely:
Nesterova E.V. - civil law, Beisenova A.U. - professor of TGP, Mushatova K.A. - criminal procedure, Galinskaya Y.V. - Roman law, ILYASOVA K.M. - these teachers are really professionals. They know their subject perfectly well, all lectures are held in a timely manner according to the glossary. They evaluate students with an open mind.
AKIMBAYEVA S.A. - civil procedure law. There are very few practical tasks, reviews of court documents. Just a theory. At the end of the course, no one has learned how to make elementary statements of claim / statement to the court.
CHERNYAKOV A.A. is a good man, but he is already very old. He doesn't hear anything. He can no longer teach, he starts talking about nothing at lectures. He does not give knowledge due to age.
A.G. DIDENKO is a professor with an overestimated CV, I do not advise taking lectures from him. An extremely unpleasant person, snide, considers himself the smartest on the planet. As a lecturer, no one.
TLEGENOVA F.A., SAMATOVA G.B. - they shout a lot, they check the floor of the lecture, they do not give knowledge. These are the ones who should be sent to psychiatrists for treatment before being allowed to work with students. Honestly, they're just inadequate.
KARAEV A.A. - for some reason, students adore him, but to be honest, he does not give knowledge as such, he likes to promote oppositional ideas. At the same time, he reacts very aggressively to those who disagree with him. His lectures and seminars do not coincide with the glossary in any way, he gave grades based on personal preferences, which sometimes had a national character.
In 2015. the building had not been repaired yet, the living conditions were terrible - stuffy classrooms, there were no projectors / computers, the toilet did not work, there was not even an elementary place to wash your hands.
The library is not equipped, there were not enough textbooks/books for everyone.
Students do not do any introduction - they have to find out for themselves what / where is located, the administration does not support in this regard and does not create conditions for rapid integration into the educational process.
I saw the curator of the course only 2 times during the entire period of study.
A big and bold plus is the absence of corruption.
I'm finalizing - this is not the best law school. However, the law faculties at KAZGU and KIMEP are better than others in the KZ in terms of price/quality and in comparison with their analogues.
I'll say it bluntly, the university is only for lawyers, the rest have nothing to do here.
Corruption at the level of if there is money, welcome. The attitude of the staff to everyone else is below the baseboard, sometimes there is a feeling that they simply do not share information with each other. During the remote, they showed themselves terribly, just like now, when some can't come offline, they just scored a bolt on those who are online. Whole groups or even several groups are sitting in the classrooms, despite the fact that this is prohibited.
The most terrible educational institution that I had to face. I want everyone to know what kind of people work there and that money is taken for nothing. For the most part, the university is a big corruption. The teachers and the administration do not care about their work. They can ignore it for years, although the issue is here and now, and then put up exorbitant amounts. They always say different information, it's even impossible to safely drop out. Some employees go to work when they want to, it is almost impossible to find any teacher. If you study remotely, you will be provided with information on subjects that you will not be allowed to do on homework or boundary controls, half of the test may be in another language and for this they will underestimate the grade.
I graduated by correspondence in 2014, there was a high level of corruption, no knowledge, which is generally understandable when you study by correspondence. There were very negative impressions, no normal schedule, no support and answers from teachers.
in 2019, I enrolled in the distance learning format, the university has changed a lot for the better. There were grants from the university, they promised that there would be only video lectures, etc., in fact, they just posted lecture notes or presentations, there was not a single video lecture, it turned out to be more difficult to study than I thought, because the search for materials is completely on the student, feedback from teachers is sluggish, there were mistakes in the tests, in lectures sometimes contain outdated information. I did all the exams on my own, too, I managed to save the grant for the second year, I am very grateful to the university for this opportunity. The full-time students have mostly positive reviews.
An excellent university. One of the best in the country, the city. Very strong teachers, and a very active, fun and unforgettable student life.

I can say this, there is nothing for techies to do here, they will not teach anything (only a couple of teachers who really know their subject and that's it) . Lawyers are trained very well at this university, the jurisprudence is strong.
