My first and last time visiting the restaurant, and it deserves a low rating because of my mixed experience with the service staff. We tried entrance inside the mall, and were told there were no free tables. We were offered a temporary table for 45 mins, without guarantee of extension... We made a circle, entered from the street terrace, and were offered a table immediately. Thanks to the young lady in glasses, for perfect administration. When ordering dishes we asked advice from the waiter, who unfortunately couldn't help us much. On top of that, he made a mistake and included an extra dish into our order. We figured this out when the dish was cooked and served at the table. When I informed the waiter about the mistake, he just shrugged his shoulders with a joke to enjoy one more dish with shrimps. That's it, no apology. I was having dinner with mom, thus I didn't want to spoil the evening by requesting a manager to investigate the situation. At the same time, this is not the level of service that I expected. After closing the bill, we weren't offered a fiscal cheque, which is unfortunately a common practice in many restaurants of the Tashkent. The taste of the dishes we ordered was slightly above average, doesn't match the price, deserves 4 out of 5. The only compliments are to the interior design, which is done well. Based on the ratings before mine, I can conclude that visit to the restaurant is like a gamble, the quality of service is not consistent.

В первый раз заглянули в Каспийку, пытались проконсультироваться у официанта при изучении меню. Толку от официанта было мало. Вдобавок, он включил в наш заказ лишнее блюдо. Это выяснилось после того как он принес готовое блюдо. Никаких извинений, лицо кирпичом, просто отшутился что накормил нас ещё одним блюдом из креветок. Портить вечер разбором с менеджером не стал, но осадок остался. В принципе как во многих ресторанах Ташкента, фискальный чек здесь тоже не дают... Касательно остального, вкус блюд на 4. Оформление, интерьер 5.

Delicious cold cuisine! Generally, a cozy family place with a good menu. There are a couple of comments, so not 5: 1. Not delicious coffee (although this is the scourge of the whole of Tashkent), 2. Not friendly waiters. They serve at the proper level, but their manners are so-so, they don't radiate any special cordiality or friendliness, as if they are not happy to see you.

I often come here for lunch, the price tag is high, which means there must be good service. All restaurants in Orlov are just the bottom, except for this one, until today! We booked a pre-determined table, even taking into account the incomplete day boarding! The hostess called and confirmed the reservation. We came to the establishment, the hostess offers to choose a table) Our table is occupied by... other guests. When asked why our table was given away, the hostess replied, well, there are 4 of us working here, what should I know everything about? As a result, they were seated at an uncomfortable table. We ordered 3 courses of dishes. But what happened to the mussels? I wonder if the chef is aware of what kind of dish he is preparing? Why are mussels usually served with bread and French fries, obviously to dip them in sauce? From my displeased look, the waiter somehow immediately understood everything himself! The question then is, if you see that there is a problem with the dish, why give it to the chef, or is it already so much the same that it will do anyway. You know perfectly well how it should be, but you're still doing it badly. Maybe you should change your job if you don't like doing your job well? It's a shame... by the way, we didn't get any apologies from the hostesses, as well as from the establishment, we had to sit on a rocking chair for the whole celebration while trying to move dust from under the carpet. I didn't want to upset the ladies with proceedings that were set up to eat seafood. Therefore, he smoothed out the situation and remained silent. But this is probably the end of Orlov's restaurants. The fish rots from the head.

The first place in Tashkent, where I liked everything: from meeting hostesses, nice and pleasant, to delicious food. At a fairly busy time (Saturday evening), we found a table and brought the dishes promptly. The interior is pleasant, the menu is very diverse, you must definitely come back to try everything. We took olivier with cancerous necks (10 out of 10), herring under a fur coat (8 out of 10), tarama spread (10 out of 10), ear (8 out of 10), shawarma with crab (10 out of 10). I recommend it, we'll come back again. And there is also a proseco on the tap - I highly recommend it))

Great place! The freshest variety of fish and seafood. Interesting dishes. I ordered: cabbage rolls with crab (tender, crab is plus red caviar and creamy sauce), olivier with crayfish necks (normal portion, delicious) and lemonade cherry-orange-baselik (large glass, rich, not cloying) . Very tasty. The bill is 2000 rubles. If she hadn't been posh, but had taken pike cutlets with mashed potatoes or dumplings + mimosa with smoked trout and lemonade, then it would have been about 1,500 rubles. A large hall, there is a veranda, a pleasant fresh interior. You can choose fish separately + and they will be cooked for you. I haven't eaten meat for a very long time, so such a fishy place is a godsend for me!

The service is average, the kitchen is definitely the same. The eggplant salad was not bad, but the eggplants were too small, apparently so as not to waste a lot of avocado, since the slicing should be uniform. Risotto with three shrimps is so-so, the pasta is tasteless, and the tomato and cream sauce did not get married at all. Delicious tea and milkshake)

We're sitting here eating sand... for a normal price tag, in the sense of a high one, we sit in clouds of sand, children, dirty from head to toe. The plates and tables are all covered in sand. All the things that we came in and what we came with are covered with fine white sand. The idea is great, but not in a restaurant or with children.

Novikov and Orlov manage to open various restaurants in Tashkent at a fairly high level, and local establishments, in my opinion, still need to grow up to them in terms of food quality and service level. I liked the interior of the Caspian, referring to the marine theme, and was greeted by a friendly hostess who helped me choose a table. The waiter, Hakimov Behruz, quickly brought the menu and accepted the order. The menu is informative, there was mostly a fish story, that's understandable. Prices for Tashkent are high. A burrata with strawberries and tomatoes with pesto sauce soon arrived. The dish is balanced, the sweetness of strawberries is appropriate here, delicious. I liked the shrimp popcorn less because of the too oily batter, serving in a metal tray seemed unsympathetic. But the waiter brought the risotto with a long delay, completely cold, it seems that he forgot. The dish itself is offensively tiny, a few spoonfuls of rice and three shrimps, looks a little strange, by the way. With a very small landing, the waiter's communication was in the style of "Hello, dear", "well respected". I did not remember about dirty plates, I was not interested in impressions of food. It is difficult to call this a normal service, but they did not forget to include it automatically in the bill. The establishment has a summer veranda, you can visually select seafood on ice, and ask them to cook. We wish the Caspian woman success and work on mistakes: after paying more than 400 thousand, I was almost hungry.
