Friendly and helpful staff, fast and professional service. I really liked the quality of service. The registration and issuance of the card took no more than 10 minutes. Remember that in order to issue a card to citizens not from Kazakhstan, an IIN and a local SIM card must be issued, which is done in total in 3-4 hours.

There's always a big queue here. Parking is problematic. In general, the department is working satisfactorily. Clean and comfortable.
