Communication with the specialist took 5-7 minutes on ALL questions and documents for obtaining the card. And the card itself was printed right in front of me, then in a minute they sent the photo they had just taken to this cartomat, and when I came up, he identified me by the photo he received and printed a brand new card.
Minus - it's uncomfortable inside. It's like in a cheap stall (sorry, I'm writing straight). But the technology overlaps the impression in a positive way.

After one month of stay in the country, if you are from the Russian Federation, you will most likely not be able to open a deposit. (Registration is probably needed). Transfers to the Russian Federation are not being made now. I use "contact" to transfer to the Russian Federation. But they can make a card right away if they have a passport and an IIN and a Russian INN.
