I have been a customer of kaspi Bank since February 2024. When making a card in Almaty, everything was fine: responsive staff at the bank branch, speed of work, quality. But when using the card, while not in Kazakhstan, I faced "difficulties": the bank blocks transfer attempts, employees in the chat only say: "We are sorry", "Wait another 30 minutes and they will contact you, but for now you cannot make ANY transfers or cancel the blocked operation." As a result, after an hour and a half of waiting, nothing happened, the call was not received and the staff cannot do anything. In fact, I have a card that I cannot use because the bank has blocked all transactions on it and refuses to contact the client. I highly recommend it.
A good fast-growing bank in Kazakhstan. A lot of innovations. I opened the card in 1 day.

The whole story with Kaspi Bank reminded me of the very strong monopolization of the banking services market. In Kazakhstan, people have long been unable to imagine life without a Caspi Bank card. To pay for something - Kaspi, to buy online - Kaspi, QR - Kaspi, public services - Kaspi. Yes, even the passage in public transport is Cheap. It shouldn't be like this. This is already a big monopoly on vulnerability, which many people and the economy of the whole state depend on! Tomorrow something will happen to the bank (license revocation, hacker attack, sanctions, etc.), the whole economy will simply collapse in one day. It shouldn't be like this. Think about it.
And now to the point. Why is it still impossible to add a Caspi Gold card to Google Pay? What is the difficulty. I added the card of the same national bank without any problems.
Why is there no online banking? For example, it is not always convenient for me to do something from my mobile.
In general, there is something to improve, there is much to strive for.
My review concerns the caspi store's service. To say that the project was a breakthrough is to put it mildly, Everything was great until the 22nd year, then Kaspi began to spit on its customers: buying more than one product, the seller of the caspi store can easily refuse after a couple of days or send a completely different product ... the caspi store does not give you any guarantees and no sanctions against such sellers therefore, the end user suffers accordingly. Of course, you can order a re-canceled product from another seller, but if it was some kind of promotion and it has already ended, respectively, you remain with your nose and either the delivery time suffers or you will have paid withdrawals. In general, my conclusion is that the project was top-notch, but Caspi bank screwed up their relationships with end customers, the service is wooden, the reviews are usually screwed up. I advise you to think 10 times and eliminate these disadvantages before contacting the store's caspi!
