It's just a wonderful department with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They greatly exceeded my expectations in terms of service level.
The department itself made a great impression - it was bright, spacious, there were no queues.
It is convenient that it is located next to the house. I made a map for myself very quickly, and almost by myself, the guide helped me with everything, but all the actions were performed by me.
There is a problem with parking, the calculating machine for money is stupid, does not see new bills, they waited a long time for them to be recalculated.
The best department that I have met in Kazakhstan. They politely accepted and explained everything and even more. A decent level of service. Adequate human conditions for servicing and opening accounts for foreigners.
The card was issued super quickly, even though I'm from another country. Politely understandable. Technologies that I have never seen anywhere before. It prints in the machine, great.
As in any other branch of Kaspi Bank, there are nimble girls here, they will serve you on any banking issues, the only thing seems to be a small area, so 4 stars

When applying, the issue was not resolved. Transferred to the Caspian via Sberbank from Russia. In Russia, they say the money is gone, they confirm it with documents. And the Caspian Bank was sent far away with a personal appeal. They did not ask to register the appeal in writing. And I asked for a document with an official seal that such a transfer was not received to the account of the Caspian Bank, I was refused...
I want to write a review as a guest of Kazakhstan. I don't know about the other departments, but I liked everything about this one. Special thanks to Gulnara's employee, she did everything quickly and clearly, you can immediately see that the person understands where he works. Gulnar's amazing manager. I haven't seen such a service for a long time. Everything was explained in great detail, very politely, and there was a great desire to help. I was not too lazy to come in and leave a review, let Kaspi Bank know its heroes :)
A great bank. Excellent service. Of course, there are sometimes shortcomings in the service, but very minor and this can be forgiven given the functionality of the service and the bank itself.
The worst department. The employees are dirty, untidy, untrained, and unable to respond to the bank's services. They are very rude and I would even say impertinent. Where the department management looks, apparently it is not up to the level of service of its department. Any company has a face, so this is the department, this is the "back of the body." Shame
