And the one who issued the card and the girl at the currency exchange. And only the monster at the entrance spoils the impression of the whole bank. When I left the bank, I noticed that there was already another girl at the entrance, very positive and polite (I saw how she communicated with the client). That's how one person spoils ALL the work of other people.
A small hall, there are a lot of customers, the service is slow, if there is no place left to sit down, you can ask and take out additional chairs. It is convenient that you immediately print a plastic card at an ATM.

Rubles are not exchanged for local money, only dollars. You can open a foreign card, you need to bring a local INN. It also takes a day at the local MFC to receive it. The staff is polite.

A technological and fast bank. Cards are printed directly at ATMs in 1-2 minutes. I have not seen this in the Russian Federation, some kind of miracle. I lowered one star just so that they wouldn't relax)

The only disadvantage is that the ATM stands between the entrance from the street and the entrance to the office space, a crowd gathers in this mini corridor. And it's terribly annoying. We could put an ATM in the building itself. There's always a crowd of people.
