I finally decided to have an abdominoplasty, which I had been dreaming about for a long time. Choosing a doctor turned out to be difficult, but in the end I chose Dr. R.R. Ametov, and on March 14, 2025, I performed this important operation for myself. I have no complaints about his work, but his ability to find a common language with patients and support them in difficult moments is more impressive.
However, unfortunately, my experience at the clinic was overshadowed by communication with the blonde administrator Larisa, who, unfortunately, spoiled my mood before the operation.
From the very beginning, when I went for surgery, she said that she had told me about the need to have an ultrasound of the abdominal wall at another clinic. To be honest, I don't remember her mentioning it. As a result, the ultrasound was done at the Kasmed clinic, but it added to my worries (To be honest, I still didn't understand why gynecologist Ksenia took me for additional examinations, smears and additional ultrasounds, I understand it's good for my health, but no one warned me about it).
Besides, when it came time to pay for the operation, the real difficulties began :-)
Everything was very unclear, Larisa started saying that she wanted to check my card balance on the machine (sorry, but how? 🤣), then she said she would sort it out later and come up to me before the operation to withdraw the payment.
But when the time came, there were problems with one of the payments in the amount of 27.200.000 soums. I don't understand what's going on, and neither does she. I tell her that there are no problems on my husband's card, maybe the card should be INSERTED rather than ATTACHED, the money is in the account and there are no restrictions on withdrawal on the card. She started pushing, saying that the operation was being disrupted, that they couldn't make the payment because of me, puffed endlessly, clarified whether there were funds on the card, said that she couldn't hold the device for a long time, that she needed to make the payment already. She took my card with the words: "I'll take it as collateral" and went downstairs to resolve this issue. Almost tearfully, I write to my husband, telling him to call the bank so that he can come to me with cash, because of this he broke off from work to come to me. This Larisa also came and began to press endlessly: "Did he get through? Let him go, okay."
I tried to explain that everything was fine on my husband's card, but Larisa continued to put pressure on me, claiming that the operation could fail due to payment problems.
And in the end, what? The bank tells my husband that the problem is in the terminal (the terminal gave error number 1), this Larisa started telling me: "Girl, I've been working with this device for so many years, I just made a payment for 50 million soums, the error is definitely not in the device!"
My husband is driving, he's angry that they pulled him out of work, I'm almost crying, Ametov R.R. came up and saw this situation, that my nerves couldn't stand it anymore....
But it turned out that Larisa called someone and he told her: "Insert the card, don't attach it"
.... honestly, I had no other words at that moment, I told her at the very beginning that maybe I should insert the card into the device, except for tears and mats, nothing came to my mind, and instead of apologizing, she began to tell that person on the phone: "That's because Because of your mistake, I have a conflict with the client here."
In addition, I decided to stay at the clinic until Monday, although I had originally planned to check out on Sunday. I was told that I could order the food myself, and the amount for the food would be deducted from the cost of the stay. However, in the end, my husband was charged the full 800,000 soums for accommodation and meals. I don't mind if this money goes to the wonderful nurse who took care of me this weekend, but I don't understand why the clinic can't solve such basic issues.
I hope that my further rehabilitation will go smoothly.
UPDATE: The deputy at the clinic does not know that cefamed is a prescription drug and the clinic prescribes prescription drugs on a torn piece of paper, which is why not all pharmacies can buy such drugs (Take a walk after surgery, breathe, look for someone who will sell an antibiotic)

Everything is great with them. But the territory was covered and fenced as far as the 5th entrance of house number 1 and vehicles were stripped of parking. This creates discomfort for residents and customers.
The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. I was there a long time ago, but the price was almost twice as expensive as in other similar establishments.
