We had a rest there in Nauryz. The area is small, but the territory is very beautifully decorated, very cozy. There are 3 swimming pools on site. Except for the small indoor one with boiling water, which is difficult to enter. The depth is no more than two meters. The rooms are standard and regular. The bedclothes were torn, and the pillows in one of the rooms also had holes. Not all the equipment worked, not all rooms have air conditioners, and there were no remote controls. They must be requested from the administrator. We rented three rooms and in one of them the kettle almost melted. Fortunately, they noticed it right away. Therefore, if such moments suddenly occur, then you need to say right away - they will change, fix it. We didn't run around and talk about everything, we said everything when we left. The toilets were one without a lid, the other without a button. But we managed. For the price of the holidays in this scenario, it was expensive for the rooms. But a huge plus is the water in the pools, it's amazing. The design of the pool is super, in the photo it looks like you're vacationing somewhere in Europe! And provided that the rooms were all occupied, there was no overcrowding in the pool. And another thing that ruined our vacation was the lack of isolation of the rooms. Although they are covered with film, which is very convenient by the way, but the audibility is terrible. On the second night, new neighbors stopped by and didn't let me sleep until three in the morning. I had to swear and involve the administrator. Although there is a guarantee on the website that the database is family-owned and the music already turns off at 11 o'clock. But the neighbors were drunk, ill-mannered, and didn't give a damn about anyone. They calmed down only half an hour after the receptionist took the speaker away from them. They were outraged for a long time that a pomeranian was with us, and she barked in response to their loud drunken conversations, provoking laughter and clapping. The second night was terrible for us. The administration's promise of a quiet family vacation has not been fulfilled! There is an excellent kitchen on site where there is everything you need. You can even cook. And there was a canteen for those who arrive without food. Plus, what is possible with animals, our Pomeranian dog always travels with us. This is one of the few areas where they were allowed to bring a dog. It attracted me! There is a small playground for children. Everything is small but cozy. There are pros and cons. But everyone has their own opinion. Therefore, until you arrive and evaluate it yourself, you will not know!

Great recreation area! We had a rest with a friend from February 28 to March 2 - everything is cool, cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Special thanks to Arzygul for the warm welcome, he will always ask if everything is okay, how he is resting, and he will be in touch at any moment. This is not the first time we have visited this place - everything is great, I recommend it!

On December 14-16 of this year, we rested in the Kashgar Recreation Area. Four four-bed rooms were booked a month ago. We were met by a very smart, noisy woman, the administrator Arza. My impressions of the appearance of the rooms immediately decreased beats with closed windows. No hooks. There is nowhere to hang towels. Don't even dream of taking a shower. Apparently, it's just to take a photo, the socket next to the bed at number 316 does not work, so you can not power the smartphone. If you open the blanket in the room at night, you will freeze. In general, the recreation area is very dilapidated. When you open the door to a piece of furniture (cabinet), there is a risk that it will fall on you! The room is designed for four people, but there is only one outlet, which is occupied by a refrigerator. In the shower there is one outlet that is running. The rest area has all the dishes, gas, microwave. There is a cauldron, you need to bring firewood. We cooked in the kitchen, but they are not allowed to eat in the dining room, you need to take it to your room and eat there. True, there is no table in the room itself, there are only four beds and a wardrobe. The table stands on the veranda connecting the three rooms. Arza gave us a table and said that let's eat on the veranda in the Frost at minus 5. The veranda is slightly warmer than the field. I agree that in summer it is the best time, on the veranda overlooking the pool, but in winter ... And then you need to carry all the dishes from the kitchen, they will provide, but it is not close, the food will cool down when you bring it, and eat on the veranda at minus 5. About the pool, about the ice in front of the stairs, I'm afraid I'll break something! There are no toilets. You swim in the pool, and if you are squeezed by maternity, you need to go to your room. There is also no toilet in the indoor pool, only a shower where the water flows without pressure. And, apparently, people, having no other choice, then relieve themselves, the smell in the shower speaks of this. Who wants to run to their room in subzero temperatures. In general, even if the mood went down, we decided not to be negative and spend the weekend somehow, especially since the reservation is not refundable. Upon arrival, Arza received his money for two days, and when we called for some questions, he did not answer the phone. I never write a review, but in this case I do not recommend it to anyone. We ourselves remained only in a good mood. But I still want it to be worth the money we paid for the holidays and weekends, for two days we left half a lemon there, just to stand.
