The very first restaurant at the entrance to Arnavutkey from the airport seems to be taking advantage of this - the prices are too high (but at least the prices are listed on the menu, unlike a number of neighboring cafes). Nevertheless, it is clean, beautiful, and the staff is attentive (there are Russian- and English-speaking staff). The food is standard for local grill cafes.
